Been here twice. There was only 1 cashier and I had to spend 10+ minutes in line to check out. The store is organized well. The shorts and pants run a size small.

I didnt get the associate name but her number is 434378. Very very rude. Not friendly at all. Didnt greet me when I got to the register. She doesnt smile at all. I am definitely calling Corp and letting them know about her disgusting attitude. Its frustrating to be greeted that way when on vacation. Terrible terrible one star is actually too much for them, they deserve a negative.

I had a bad experience at this store. The employee Alfonso Douglas started yelling at my mom and my sister when they were together at the fitting room trying some clothes on, apparently they werent allow to be in the same room but we werent informed about it. They had no problem on going to different fitting rooms but it was a really mean and rude way to kick them out.

Fantastic service well stacked with most product and sizes although common mens size 34x30 jean size missing on newest items.

Today Fe. 22, 2019 came to buy a couple of White Polos for an Invicta Cruise I was boarding and the whole store staff was upset because we were verifying the polo sizes. They wanted us to by the Polo Shirts without wearing then or even sizing them. My wife was told NOT TO MESS UP THE SHIRTS. How was she going to find out if that is the Polo she wanted without wearing? Ridiculous staff behavior when I apologized for messing up a Polo that I chose the wrong type and the employee who took them just rolled her eye and the other employee with her said yeah right... This is intolerable and needs attention, if they do not like what they do, then find another job. All this happened at 10am when the store openedThank God I am not from Miami, will not step in this store again.

We went to buy clothes seeing the sale and were going to buy 2 shirts, which had 14$ written over the hanger. We went to the cashier and I luckily saw that it was actually $22. When I showed the price tag on the hanger, I was informed by Johana(spelling may be wrong) that she forgot to change the tag ! She didnt even apologize and when I said it wasnt correct she very rudely replied that she will change it now. She was rude, unapologetic. This kind of service is not accepted at international brand stores. I decided against buying it, just because of her behavior.

Wonderful prices by Brazilian standards. We find quality clothes for a very low price. Example: poles for 9 Dollars (converted by the average amount I got in dollars was 35.82 Reais).Friendly service and even with a Brazilian lady. Ill let them check in while theyre in Miami.
