I love it here because they’re nice, gentle and fast. Also the last time when I went there, the person who got my order wrote my name correctly it was the first time ever. He just made my day.

Waited 20 minutes for my drinks when they realized they didnt even start making the drinks. When they finally made it, they messed up the drink so I had to wait another 10 minutes. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a Starbucks.

This Starbucks location turns a blind eye to allowing dogs inside. In 20 minutes I have seen 3 dogs inside the store, one was salivating on the floor. Not only is it insanitary, it is unsafe. Keep pets away from food places, it’s the law.

I am 8 months pregnant. They not only got my order wrong through uber and sent me two items I was allergic to . Secondly when I called to ask if I can order over the phone for pick up and I explained how they sent me wrong items I am allergic to pregnant, the guy over the phone was extremely rude . So disappointing considering I order from this Starbucks everyday and waste my money on this location . Unprofessional and rude treatment to pregnant woman .

This is a well run location. It’s busy because it’s in the heart of Brickell so you can end up waiting a long time, but they’ll get the order right

They have a lot of seats for any group size throughout the branch! The place is well-lit all day long, and the couches are soo relaxing. Laptop work, casual meet-ups, and small meetings are very doable.

Starbucks is a known quality and this one did not disappoint. I got what I ordered - exactly what I ordered. What was supposed to be cold, was, and what was supposed to be warm, was. What more can you ask? The Starbucks mobile app makes ordering exactly what you want easy and quick - I highly recommend it!

Fast service with a smile

This is how much coffee I got in my cappuccino AFTER they poured a ton of milk in. Now tastes watered down and not like coffee. Originally had 30% coffee and 70% froth. Also got a black avocado spread.

Always a bit too busy for me. Can be difficult to get staff’s attention if you need a straw or something like that.

I went in the other day and was greeted by a barista by the name of Sara. It dont live in the U.S. so starbucks is new to me, so she was very helpful in guiding with drinks. I ended up getting a cold brew with cold foam and it was amazing. 10/10 experience, she was so nice and the place gave good vibes!!!

Saw my pre-pandemic barista after so many months. I walked in after placing a mobile order, and the friendly barista I used to see every morning when I would go in to get a cup of coffee each day before the pandemic greeted me warmly by name. It felt really nice to be recognized. A little friendliness and sincerity goes a long way - especially these days.

Usually they dont have lunch boxes and if you ask they dont want to check for more...

The worst of the case is that they had to put me at the end of the line to make the coffee again as if I had just ordered it and note that I have paid to do it effectively according to what corresponds to this company. Regardless that I am an investor in the Starbucks stock, I have been insulted to see how certain employees take their work for granted. especially in this time of pandemic where they should be grateful that they have a decent job, yet they do not care about anything. What a disappointment. Not at least the managers are available to solve this type of anomaly.

I love Starbucks so much because it has a great vibe and you have different places to seat and enjoy your coffee why you work.yesterday I enjoyed my tea while I worked outside because the weather was perfect and since they have a few tables it was just great.The only bad thing about this Starbucks is parking because I have to park on the street and pay.

This Starbucks is Amazing like that Grace Lady.The GM Alex does a great job keeping her people efficient, kind, and likable. It appears that the spirit of luxurious service is inside of them. Before COVID, During COVID, and after COVID this Starbucks will be a Star. I hope Hollywood BLVD is paying attention.Special Shout Outs to: Carl, Tatiana, Shirley, AnnaBella, Jay, Sean, Alex, Johnathan as well as many others. They make my experience truly enjoyable.

Usually very good service and good products. Been to this location 20 or so times. Sometimes employees have bickered between themselves, but that happens. However, last time I was there, the guy at the cash register was charging everyone an additional $.80 for extra shots of coffee to seemingly boost revenue. Didnt even ask me. Since most people dont ask for a receipt they dont notice. Anyhow, its just 80 cents, but a little deceitful. I even overheard bragging about I already made over $32.00 today.That being said, this location overall is pretty good and Ill give it 4 stars. My coffee is always great.

Always super busy but they are fast, efficient and friendly. All walks of life go here, business, hipsters, locals and tourists. Lots of construction going on in the area but still a cool place to go and sit outside with the pups and people watch. I like it here:)

Ive been going here for about 2 years. It would be a great spot to frequent in a great location, but unfortunately there is a homeless guy living in this location.... I guess theres nothing Starbucks can do about it or is not willing to do anything about it. The guy has been living there for the entire time for the last 2 years. Same chair Every Day from open until close and smells bad. Other than that place has Great service as far as I can tell but they never have prepared decaf, which I guess is a new Starbucks policy.

Their coffee cannot be beaten. Plus they offer interesting food at good prices.

What a great Starbucks location. Its right near my office, and i love it! Always wanted my Starbucks accessible. I usually get a Tall Latte with an extra espresso shot. But whenever they come out with new stuff i would try. Even the tea is not bad. The stuff is so sweet and really knows my taste. Baristas are so professional and never get my order wrong like some other coffee places. Very recommended.

Excellent service and always quick and with a smile. They are right on target and in the heart of Miami! There are sometimes bands playing close by and gives it a quit hip local vibe. I would recommend making this a stop on your coffee tour!!

Closest Starbucks to our hotel, so we gave it to chances...each time our order was completely messed up. The staff was somewhat friendly, but when given the opportunity to fix the drink, they still couldnt fix it. Maybe re-train on how to make beverages.

Have always been a Starbucks fan but recently i have had a change of heart... Im making the switch to Capital One/Peets coffee across the street, much cleaner and a much better atmosphere. This Starbucks always seems dirty, the place never looks properly cleaned and the windows look like they have never been cleaned. Im done, im out!

I’ve been using this Starbucks for around 2 years. The staff are always friendly and professional and the lines are minimal.

Nice Starbucks, but the lines can be long sometimes. They have nice outdoor seating next to a little fountain pond. Good place to watch people. The whole place around starbucks is very busy during day and night. Many restaurants and bars.

I am pretty new to the US and to the Starbucks culture, I dont really know the differences between their products or the available flavors... I was here a couple of times but they wasnt helpful at all when I dared to ask about these stuff. They made me feel like a retard and someone who just steals their time while there is other people behind me waiting too... I left this place with a bad feeling every time.I guess it is okay if you know your Starbucks and just want to get your usual.

This was a nice starbucks until security guards started harassing cyclists. Apparently leaning a 15lb bicycle on the wall outside will damage it. 10 years of riding all over never had this issue before. Im willing to bet the chairs and tables leaning up against the wall will 100x more damage to the walls. What next will Mary Brickell security ask us to remove our shoes before walking on pavers?

The worst Starbuck Ive visited, messy and the girls they serve make fun of the customers. I requested my order through my app and sent three orders after mine. This is the nastiest Starbucks. I should’ve walked in before placing my mobile order. Food preparation with no gloves while using cellphone. Bartop with wrappers and sticky substance on it. Long delay on warmed croissant ordered at 4:56 pm, received never. I didn’t remind them after watching them handle other food items.

Store is dirty and filthy. It feels like no one has ever cleaned the floor and wiped out the tables. They were full of crumbs and sugar. Food is just ok nothing really to die for. Coffee is good.

My review is in response to this awful excuse of an idea... Mobile ordering!!! It is the rudest thing to be a customer, waiting in a line, which is longer than a usual establishment and paying an incredible amount of money for products to begin with, to only have your order behind people who arent even there waiting!! If you have a separate ordering system, there should be separate staff to make the order!!

Left my charger there and called in. said they had it but the manager left and couldnt find it. the girl gave me a fake name. called back to complain they put the phone down. i said its a end of a computer charger they said they didny have it to wait till monday to speak to the manager. after arguing for about 20 min they bring the lost and found and it was right at the top. the guy who finally brought it out was nice enough but everyone before that was less than competent.

Absolutely stellar customer service! I ordered a caramel brûleé but forgot to specify that it was a frapp. They switched them from a latte to frap for me, and also gave me another because of the holiday special.
