THE BEST PLACE I HAVE BEEN IN MY LIFE!!!

Bunch of clowns working there. No customer service, no means to contact them after they rip you off. Ingram is a disaster for business owners

Absolutely horrible customer service... I have been trying to talk with someone there for the better part of a week. I have not been able to get past their receptionist at either of their in Costa Rica, San Diego or Miami.... Supposedly they are the Latin America desk for IngramMicro. However, if you call IngramMicro no one knows how to reach any of them. I suggest, that if you are a US company wanting to export the software just become a customer of IngramMicro USA.

Called 3,577 times to open an account. Got though to an operator once, and she transferred me to another department which didnt pick up their phone. They need work on their customer service. Will update review based on follow ups.

Bad company, no one will help you when you call or email them they will just forward email to each other. i am not satisfied its very disappointing to me. those who want to open an account with them best of luck.
