Office supplies store with various products at a reasonable price !!

The attendant at print shop (i think name was Kiefer) was very helpful and kind! A pleasure to do business there! I see they are short on staff, but the staff they do have is excellent including the manager.

Huge line. Only 1 person at the copy section for 8 people. In the image, i took a picture of just one side of the store, there are tons one the other side waiting. For a store this big, and specially at closing time there needs to be more than 1 person.

Probably my favorite Office Max in the area. Friendly staff goes out of their way to help. Not sure it is the result of management - as the staff seems friendly in spite of management here. (Have had a few interesting contacts with management - and seen how they interact with staff...) This is proof that I can like a place just for the quality of the front line staff!!!

Always find what I need at reasonable prices. Parking is easy and checkout is quick. Nice clean and well laid out store with good inventory. Personnel are helpful & friendly.

Helpful staff but, the store felt ghetto. The automatic slideing door in the front of the store sounded mechanically ruff enough that I thought it was going to come off its track. Trash blowing around in the parking lot. Boxes on the shelf had the security cases and alarms rigged up. Open space on selves gave the store an empty feeling also.

Very friendly and helpful staff, probably the best Office Depot I have been to. I had an issue with an order (outside of my control and the stores control) and Norwin, a very kind staff member, was very helpful and resolved my problem. Definitely recommend the store as they have everything you need, keep it in good shape, and staff was great!

One star is too much.. but had no choice.. Stay away from this store, employees are rude specially the manager. Returns are a nightmare.. no to mention theyre selling a pack of 24 8oz bottles of water for $19.99 .....????? AYFC!!!

I just walked out of the office depot, dealt with a manager named Steven. He claimed that items that I just bought were not returnable, a non-contact thermometer which was still in a sealed box and I had just bought 2 minutes ago. I saw a better price on my phone and decided to take back while I was in parking lot. He plainly refused. He claimed it was a personal protective item (I read their return policy - non contact thermometer not listed as such). Never mind he tried to convince me to buy one as soon as I walked into the store.I urge Office Depot to investigare the matter. This type of service on a commercial medical account like mine is completely unacceptable.

Visited twice using to return packages. Anthony was very efficient, patient and helpful.

Love his place been coming here fir many years staff slays courteous and friendly, Ricky the store manager is such gentlemen as as Laura I visit weekly I encourage everyone to do business with them, highly recommend.

I ordered a desk and came with a wrong piece and I stayed on the phone for long to get an answer that it is a supplier problem!!!! I have to call the supplier and it will take 2 weeks to ship it back. Unacceptable. Buy your items from a place that have proper customer service

Well, this has been the worst experience I’ve had lately. First, they are MAKING you download the app, second, they SEE they you are in line and NOBODY dares check with you if you understand the new “service”, third, I’m COMPLAINING and they are ignoring everything I say or do. The staff doesn’t care whether you have been here long or not... I wasn’t even trying to print, just sending something with FedEx. Something that is supposed to speed things up is just another way to get us to waste time while they do whatever they have to while minimizing customer service. Absolutely appalled by the new policies and absolutely zero customer service attention

This is a very convenient place for school and work supplies. Its great if you need to fax, or print anything. And now you can even drop off certain UPS or FedEx packages that needs to be returned to the seller and the companies will pick them up from the store and ship them back....

Great service. I do all my printing there. They do good 11 by 17 ledger size color printing. Very quick service you take your thumb drive they bring it up they show it to you they print it and youre out in a Flash.

Good selection. Overall friendly and helpful. High prices and super slow on the register.

They left me on hold for about 30 minutes while i was suppose to be transferred. Then they just hang up without saying anything. You will save time and money by going to officemax

Plenty of choices for school or office essentials. They price match with other large store competitors like Amazon as long as long as item is sold by Amazon itself or the brand company (like HP,) of the product you are buying. Ask for details at the store. Take advantage of the back to school sales and stock up for the whole year!

Terrible customer service, waited in line for fedex services for 20 minutes and the cashier completely ignored me. Nobody in line...

The copyservice staff gave the best attentions that I never had before. Friendly, helpful, and committed with excellence.

Worst customer service, I tried asking someone named Steven for a certain item, a binder, he said that he did have one there, but once i got there, he said that he no longer had it although i asked him to hold the binder for me. Not only that, but when i had a question, hed just ignore it, and kept talking to the person next to him.

Intersection of SW 136th Street and US-1 (on the OfficeMax/OfficeDepot side of the highway) is LOUSY, with choking traffic during peak hours, making a quick trip to this OfficeMax location not so quick. Inside, its well-stocked but you may have a wait to get to the cashier.

Rita in the printing and copying department was quick knowledgeable.

If youre looking for bargains on school supplies, youre better off going to Wal-Mart.

Always find what your looking for and there is always someone ready to help

The people who work today, August 3, 2019 ... Special Mercy without a last name, Im dealing with it but ... way ... and the other employees told me my apartment is not a copy ..... I write Because I was treated they treated me like I did not exist. The only one who helped me was the pregnant brunette trying to understand me and I to her (new worker) ... the one in charge of the store ignored me .... I miss the service of Office Depot. Here there is only a young person who is quick and educated good customer service .. but she was not ... what a pityCUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST IN THIS LOCAL ...
