Went to Coverings looking for sustainably made slabs for my kitchen, their products are made from recycled content and this was very important to me. I was happy to find a company that cares for the planet and carries such beautiful, unique products.

Used Covering etc’s bergamo black terrazzo color for my bathroom and it looks spectacular! Will be going back soon

Do not buy anything from this place. I am only giving it one star because it’s the only way to write a review otherwise it would get negative stars. They do not stand behind their products and their customer service is awful. I bought $10,000 worth of tile from them. The rushed us to order so they could get us the delivery date we needed and hold the price. It still arrived several months after it was promised. They never mentioned that it was a special order item (nor was it on any of their paperwork) or highly unusual installation requirements that could not be achieved in the space we were installing it in though we did explain where we intended to use it. Also, the required adhesive was not available for purchase in this country (normally used thin set did not work.) We tried several solutions which cost me thousands more. We eventually gave up and ordered another tile to install. We have tried to return the tile or speak to someone higher up in the company to no avail. They have made no offer to compensate me in any amount. Instead of a reasonable solution between parties I have now had to get a lawyer involved (which they have ignored) and I will now be forced to sue them for ALL lost funds. Do not give them your business!

I recently visited their Miami Ironside showroom because I was looking for a unique terrazzo tile for my house. Coverings etc. has an amazing selection and outstanding service. the staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I found exactly what I was looking for!

Coverings ETC is probably the worst company to get flooring. I called the company over 5 times and emailed them 3 times to just get a sample from them to use on a project. They still have not sent it. Please save your time and go somewhere else.

Same issue as the previous review. We placed an order with them for material being shipped from Italy. At first the sales person, Claudio, was extremely helpful and followed up on all communication. The moment the order was placed it was impossible to get any answers. After waiting for 2 month we were told the material that arrived in Miami was not the correct material and that we would have to wait another 2 months for another shipment. Coverings has done nothing to help and still is not forth coming with updates and communication is non existent. COVERINGS is the TYPE of VENDOR you SHOULD AVOID!!! I will NEVER do Business with them. TRULY A JOKE!

We ordered samples from Coverings Etc, received them and was billed for them. Cannot get them to answer the phone or respond to our request for a receipt- despite multiple emails and phone messages. You cant reach anyone or talk to anyone- only speak to their answering service. Very aggravating- would not do business with this kind of company.

Terrible service. The sales team has no respect for customers and continuously play games.
