If you need a broker that will guide you through the process of importing into the US., that will give you information necessary, this is NOT the broker you should choose. Varinia believes her duty to customer is to simply do the paperwork. The rest is for you to find out for yourself. So much so that, when confronted with her not informing she was quick to defend her position as not responsible to inform. This is not a good company to help you as this position is obviously NOT IN YOUR BEST INTEREST.

I have been using CEP for almost 3 years now for all of my importing needs. Never had any issues with their service and they are quick to get my shipments released.
