If I could give out -5 stars I probably would for this company. This is far more the worst company I’ve ever tried to make business with. Not only did an employee name Ricardo messed up my cargo. He also has stolen money from me so I wouldn’t bet that he is stealing money from everyone he comes in contact with. The Brokers are worthless. I spoke to a man the other day named Michael, horrible service. He hung up on me and when I called again April 13th 2018 he simply told me to find another broker. I feel bad for the young ladies I spoke Saturday because they have to deal with that monster on a regular work day. Mr. Guy as in request, I hope you look deeper into your employees because you CLEARLY LOST A GOOD CLIENT because of you workers Michael and Ricardo. Good day to you sir!

My wife found 2 trunks in Morocco that she loved. They were too big to take on the plane but the seller reluctantly agreed to send them separately by plane to Miami. When I went to retrieve them from American Airlines Cargo, I found out that there was an issue with the transfer made at JFK, which left the online status of the cargo in an incorrect state. This put me in a catch-22 where AA Cargo wouldnt give me the paperwork to take to Customs until Royal Air Moroc corrected the mistake, and RAM Cargo wouldnt admit there was a mistake at all. Thank God I ran into Ryan, an employee of Guy Lichensteins office, where Serge was able to sort out my issue and get my goods cleared for pickup with an amazingly fast turnaround. I recommend them very highly.

Love this guy. He spend with me 30 minutes just to teach me how the import export works.
