KNKMiami products are phenomenal. Flexibility has always been a big issue for me, but just after a few weeks of using the Stretchband I have seen major improvements in my flexibility, specifically my middle split and both my front over splits. In addition, most recently I have purchased the Pirouette Mini because turning has always been an average area for me as I could only do a double pirouette on a good day, but after one day of using the Pirouette Mini I went on to do triple and quadruple turns. For anyone wanting to improve their strength, stability and flexibility I would highly recommend using KNKMiami products.

As a not-very-flexible dancer I was struggling to use a rubber stretch band, so the KNK band has made a huge difference to me because I can hook my foot into the loops and give my stiff muscles a really good stretch. Super overpriced for what it was. The foot stretcher actually caused issues that required physical therapy for two dancers. The balance boards are Ok for younger, lighter kids, but didnt work nearly as well for the older girls.

Easy to order on line and came quickly. My daughter loves using it as part of her dance practice.
