Valsan is not only a store, its Miami culture! Cheap products for everyday stuff.

Its an inexpensive place to buy stuff, though the longevity of whatever you buy may be iffy. One small problem, the employees are mostly non-English speaking. And for the ones that DO speak English, it broken English at that. Luckily the cashier spoke it well enough to give me the total and ring my purchase up without a hitch.

Nastiest treatment ever just went with my kid asking a question and as the sales person was explaining to me her boss was calling her from inside call it off call it off that’s not the way you should treat a customer if I do that at my job I would be fired already

Plenty of parking, but not close to the store. Staff is not as friendly, especially the cashier. The manager is helpful and kind. Overall prices are economical (clothes, etc.) but other things like mosaic lamps are expensive.

I am puertorican and I honestly will say that I love visiting Cuban stores. Valsan is a leyend. I always find completely the opposite of what I am looking for and I still buy it ! I feel like traveling in time when I find things I havent seen since my childhood. People are friendly, store is organized and clean, good prices and very accessible. Plenty of parking space and is free ! Lastly, do not make the same mistake I did when I was asking for the floaties price and I asked for el precio de la balsa. And apparently that is a forbidden word. Overall- I love the store.

I had to find shoes for my 3 year old son for a quinceañera last minute and as soon as I walked in I found what I was looking for!

Horrible customer service the staff has very nasty attitudes they should really hire individuals who can deal with the public in a nice welcoming manner, this store itself has alot of nice things but wont be coming here again the staff its just plain rude, ill have to try a different valsan hopefully i bump into nicer people this time around.

I had to make a big purchase. The girl on the floor helped me a lot to find everything. She was special! But when it came time to pay, a very upset cashier, I had to ask her to please mistreat the clothes that gave me sadness in the way she pulled the pieces. Nothing attentive. She and the manager were tense because of a mistake she would have made. So prices are very good and there are good offers.
