We come to Ricky’s regularly for it’s proximity, and we can look past the inconsistency of getting a real tostada one day and actual bread and butter on another.. but MOLD?!? How can one actually see, cut and put a MOLDY strawberry on a fruit tart?! Unless this is from last week and wasn’t freshly made in the first place, which regardless should not happen! This is disgusting and disappointing, check your food before biting or you could end up eating mold!

I left feeling sad - place was filled with flies, all tables dirty, the 3 ladys tried being kind but floundered at that. Food is ok quality at best.

The reason why this great Bakery is getting a 1-star rating is interesting if you want to read:I came at 6:35 to your shop after seeing in Google maps it closes at 8:00. When I get here, surprise it closes at 6:00. I called the store to let you know you have that error on your Google Maps and your awful attendant said: The sign at the door says we close at 6:00 I tell her whats happening at Google maps and she says Im not the owner, go tell the owner at Google maps to change it. So here it is, one star thanks to your disrespectful employee.Side note: my family loves your products and were going to another store thats open now. Hopefully there well get the usual good service.

Love them, extremely delicious. Food is always fresh & very flavorful. Everything they have is Beautiful looking & even better tasting. The staff is very helpful as well as efficient.

Just came here for a simple desert, a flan. I sat down to eat it and noticed green spots on it. It was growing mold. I gave it back. No apology- seems like this is a norm here. I’m was a frequent customer of the franchise. I think this just ended.

I have been coming here for weeks and I will continue to come back because their customer service model seems to be Treat our customers like family and feed them well. Any place that makes me feel like Im loved, I matter and serves me a good omelette is a place that will keep me as a patron.The breakfast is massive, the cafecito is a hug in a cup and the ladies will treat you like theyre your abuelita.

For all practical purposes, I appreciate Miami’s local cuban bakeries. Whenever I travel, what I miss the most is my Cuban bread and coffee. Ricky bakery is especially good for their large variety of foods and comfortable seating area. Today, I noticed the employees at this location weren’t working as efficiently as usual. It took longer than usual to get two sandwiches that I ordered and then when I got them, one was still cold and the other too hot. It might have just been an off day for them. I will definitely be coming back.

This place rocks !! Has amazing pastries of all kind. The lady named Yvonne is the sweetest as well, she very professional and knows her job well. Will definitely come back here and tell others.

First time and last time coming here...Lets start.1- after waiting 20 plus minutes in a 3 person line, a man walks in and skips the entire line and the lady instead of sending him back she serves the gentleman.( no respect for the people wanting on line)2. All three ladies serving food were non stop coughing.3.I ordered a midnight sandwich and it tasted like a scary night night sandwich.All in all I give it a( -5)

Great pastry great service great employees!! I was on vacation with my family from North Dakota and came to Rickys for some much needed good tasting pastries and I left happy and very pleased... I even got a Spanish lesson from the girls...and they got an English lesson from us.. 😂 I felt like I was visiting mi famalia 😊.. Whenever Im visiting Miami, Rickys will always be my first stop.

Walked in to do 2 orders and the lady asked who’s next everyone said that I was next and when I told her I wanted to do an order she ignored me and asked for the next person, I waited for her to attend the person and then she asked again who’s next, I said I been next but you never took my order. While placing my order the lady was rude and did not want to look at my phone as to what I wanted. Also, when I would ask her a question she was annoyed by my question!!!! Never going here again!!!! I would rate it ZERO if I could!!!

In this place everything is excellent, starting with the food and finishing with the customer service. the girls are great always smiling.

The cuban pastries are good but the breakfast specials are too grassy.

Came in at 7.20 last night because I needed to get some Cuban coffee for my trip back home two hours away. The sign at the door and the website both said they were open until 8. I walk in, the door is locked while I see two employees doing nothing. They both starting saying we were closed and when I pointed to the sign at the door, I was told its wrong and to leave. Bad service

When its a party they have awesome platers. The chicken nuggets where dry....but everything else delicious!

Yesterday i celebrated the birthday of my nephew with some other family members and friends...usually i have a great experience here but this time i was VERY embarrased because the flies where everywhere..we could not enjoy our food...i heard the table next to us also making a comment about the flyies...something needs to be done...the service is great and food as well but the ambience is killed with these not invited things..

No one there speaks english. I get that their in a Cuban neighborhood but at least they should know the numbers. I dont know how you could be living in America and not know what the number 10 is. People in other countries know more then them. And there cuban coffee was pure sugar and the deserts sucked.

Ordered a full size Midnight sandwich. It had one thin slice of ham, pork and cheese (if so). No pickles, no mustard. Just mayonnaise. It was very dissapointing!

This place is a joke I use to come here quite often but everytime for the pass 5 months cant get ice because there ice maker is never fix know cant get breakfast because the kitchen is broken every body that works here are always to just gossiping to attention people my advised to mr Ricky as a business owner I would suggest to attend your business better

I never write reviews I just never go back. I bought 5 pasteries and was charged $10 when I got home 3 of the pasteries were old. Ridiculously expensive place is dark there were 3 ladies one was the cashier which was helping another customer one was rapping something and never asked if I was being helped and the other walked out from the back which was the one who attended me.When the cashier finished with her customer she came to charge me I think she was pissed and decided to just charge me $2 a piece for my pasteries I’m not a cheap person but those prices ridiculous.Won’t see me there again

The food is good but 28 min for a sandwich is really ridiculous.

First walked in and they were having trouble with there cash register told me I needed to wait mean while they took care of 5 other customers once there line was gone then they assited me. I ordered two steak sandwiches one without onion and ham the other one was a ricky steak sandwich which the lady had to grab the menu to see how to make it . once the order was done she handed us sandwiches that were cold and tasted rotten. First and last time we will come to this bakery.. Horrible experience..

On Sunday I went to this place in the plaza TJ MaXx I am pregnant and I wanted to eat something sweet that I regret greatly, I arrived at 5:45, the time at the door of the store said that it closed at 3:00, I looked at the menu and said that they close at 5pm. I was surprised when the cashier told me to close. 6 pm, finally I make my little order (two pies and a soda) barely since they were very entertained with their conversation and when I tell them its to eat here those two ladies (already grown up) have looked at me with hatred, As if I had committed a super gross crime and without the slightest sense of customer service, one of them locked the premises (I clarified there were about 4 people inside the restaurant eating) and they served me reluctantly, I went to eat at car because I could not stand it anymore. I left very angry, it is disrespectful to have such a lousy and unpleasant staff.
