Worst customer service from the owner, Alejandro Paret! never had I been screamed at over the phone the way he did because he was TOO busy to write me a formal quote.

Diesel Rebuild help save us $500. Couldnt find a rebuild for the high pressure fuel pump anywhere. They helped me make sure we got the right rebuild for our engine. Definitely will recommend them to anyone.

I bought an overhaul kit for a 4d john deere engine. Very supprised at the quality of the parts. I work for a dealership and deal with diesel engines all the time and have seen some terrible aftermarket kits but these are not them. Oem quality at a much cheaper price and fast shipping. Would recommend them to anyone in need of an overhaul kit

I was in a bind and needed parts quickly for the engine on one my fishing boats in the Caribbean. They quickly identified the parts I needed, processed my order and the parts delivered to my freight forwarder that same day. Besides the great service they had excellent prices on high quality American After-Market parts. They supplied me with Interstate Mcbee brand parts and the mechanics could not have been with the quality of the parts. I will always buy from them!

I find it kind of funny that I call up asking about purchasing parts just to hear they dont have it in stock. The very last words from parts was go *$(% yourself.I cant wait to see their name come across more websites so I can post my experience with them. They have 30 years experience my a$$.I spend over 250k per year in parts for diesel motors. Do not order from these people, they dont have a clue. Nothing but a guy who receives and order and gets it drop shipped to you. I received terrible customer service from the first time I called and tried to track my order to the last time of trying to get a refund for incorrect parts. The guy had no idea how to track my order and someone was supposed to call me back but never did. After I received the kit a week later (website claim no later than 72 hrs after you order is garbage) it did not have the correct parts even when I gave them my serial number for the engine, which again the website claims is all they need. Tried to at least get a refund for the incorrect parts, and they told me it was my fault for not specifying what I wanted when I ordered...!This company needs to be put out of business, Im currently in the process of legal action against them now.

Do not buy with these guysAlejandro paret, is a bad agent, since we made a quote, we contacted him for payment, and every time we called him to request some information or get support, he insulted us saying that because we disturbed him by an order of such amount little. We never received adequate attention, whenever we contact him, we shout that we do not disturb him, he was never cordial.He does not know the term customer service, and he is a person who treats you horrible.After we made the payment for the material we needed, nothing more because he wanted, we canceled the whole transaction and we returned part of the money deposited in the accounts.
