Purchased some supplies online. I believed the price was for a case of product- and the price would have made sense. Customer Representative said I mis-read description and that the price was for on 1 product, which would mean the price of the product was 12 TIMES what I would have paid elsewhere. Representative made no effort to rectify situation.

Very helpful and insightful. Also provided me with a business card to call for any help outside the shop.

Im from North Florida and I went down on vacation in miami and i decide to stop and checkout the store. Very clean and organize, They were very helpful in many ways and inform me with some little ticks. I order some supplies and they ship it to there Jacksonville location. I was amaze how there stores is a one-stop shop.10 Stars in my book

I have gone in repeatedly for advice and help picking among competing products. The guy was very helpful with his products and with overall advice for my home system.

Pros: decent selection, friendly staff.Cons: no price tags on anything, the cashier didnt tell me the total before he ran my card, and I didnt get a receipt afterwards....Not a rip-off but definitely a disappointing experience. Next time Ill buy from miami hydroponics, I couldve saved money and had it delivered...
