Absolutely awful customer service and response time. I was never notified that an item I ordered was on back order. I made 3 calls looking for updates and was given 3 different estimated dates, None of which were correct. The manager has been extremely difficult to work with and refuses to take responsibility for the companies shortcomings and is not willing to cover the return shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

Terrible service after order. I ordered a product from the website with an estimated 2-3 day delivery. After almost 2 weeks, I called to see what the delay was and was told that the item was not a valid item and I should have been called. This representative canceled out my order and stated that the money would be refunded to my card. After another week and a half no credit had been issued so another call determined that the first rep had set it up for store credit. This second rep said he would change it and get the credit back to my card. I asked what the timeline would be and was told 24-48 hours. Currently we are at more than 72 hours and no credit exists. Another call to Satpro and Im told we released it, its not our problem. its between you and your bankhorrible customer service. Dont buy from this site unless you are ok throwing money away.

Ordered FTA package, arrived sooner than expected, everything was as described Installed May 7th, 2017 took a few hours (as expected) but I got the dish locked in on Galaxy 19 and I am very pleased with this purchase.... will I buy again, YES...my only problem (and this is because Im in my 50s, I misplaced the remote and I had to program the satellites via the front panel of the receiver)
