My parents needed some added exercise and physical stimulation, especially during the pandemic. I happened to be watching TV with my mom on one of the Spanish channels and we thought that would be perfect for them. Im very happy with my VX-Power massager! The multiple vibration settings do wonders on my sore muscles. Ok, so i just took my workout today on my VXPOWER plate doing a series of squats and arm exercises together and switching to planks and push ups....let me tell you....these things work! Theyre a blessing for people like me with busy schedules. They allow you to work your muscles rapidly which you cant physically do unless on the power plate, thus results way faster.
