Dealing with this company is BY FAR the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a business in my 69 years on this earth, starting with the rudest customer service representative ever, which I’ve since come to learn is the owner, Alex…the guy is off…WAY OFF !I placed my order on 6/24/21 and after 15 weeks of getting no response, and basically getting “played” by this guy about the status of my order, I finally had my credit card company intervene and get my money back. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Do not use this company. Ordered Fence on 4-1-21 after Spencer told me they could get it out in three to four weeks. About a month later, I called and called and finally got through to Will. He said he would check and get back to me and he did. He said that it was in production and that he hoped to get it out that week, but no guarantees. Understood. I started calling again the following week, finally got Will to answer and he told me he would call me back in two minutes, but never did. I couldnt get anyone to answer the phone or email, and finally I got an email response that they were running behind but that the production schedule showed it to be shipping out on Friday, but I could cancel the order if I wanted. I replied that I really needed the railing and did not want to cancel. I called on Friday afternoon to see if it was shipping out and was told that I had called too many times, that they never said that it would be ready or shipping out and that they were canceling my order. No options. When he did that I responded poorly, and he hung up. I have now lost 5 weeks due to their incompetence, bad communication, over promising and under delivering. What a joke of a company

The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. It’s not even close. They should be investigated. They get paid upfront and 4 months later you can’t get a return email or phone call. They never answer the phone and only have an option of sending an email or leaving a voicemail. F U

The worse supply ever !!! I was trying to buy some materials and i couldn’t in the web site ! When I called for help the person that attended me told me in a very rude way YOU DONT CALL AMAZON FOR HELP IF YOU WANNA BUY IN AMAZON ! And then just hung up the phone ! Let me tell to this person that if you call Amazon for help they not only explain you and treat you in a very good way, but also they help you in the website step by step because they interest is that YOU BUY ! I just wanted to buy 500 feet of durafence bronze !

I had a great experience with the fencing I ordered. The delivery was fast. One item (a gate) had some damage to due the shipping. Customer service was quick to get a replacement out in short order. Would buy again! Thank you

Directafg is extremely incompetent. Will most likely find a way to screw up your order. I ordered commercial grade material and it came with 1/4 inch aluminum screws? Really that is not commercial grade. Screwed up my shipping instructions. Had product brought on a truck without lift gate, even though I told them I needed one. Will@directafg cussed me out over the phone, then called me and my company unprofessional and blamed me for his incompetence after I explained his mistake. Product came faster than expected.I ordered over 20k worth of material and I will never do business with this company again. You have been warned!!!

Terrible company to deal with. Rude customer service. This company does not know the first thing about customer service. According to them you are supposed to read small print and understand the changes in fence industry. According to them you can’t rely on product name and model changes. Even though the manufacturer made a mistake (that they admitted), they won’t rectify without me being, in total, the same amount in shipping charges as the actual fence. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Ordered Specrail Derby fencing specifically for their screwless system. When I ordered, I was told there would be a 2-3 week delay due to material shortages (understandable, because of COVID). I began contacting the company after 4 weeks and wound up needing to email and chat with the company at least 3 times to find out what was going on with my order. My order finally arrived after almost 7 weeks. The screwless panels have screws at every picket. Called the manufacturer and was told that they needed to revert to the old system b/c of material shortages and someone must have made the executive decision not to tell me before shipment. Would have been nice to be told by Direct AFG that I wasnt actually getting what I ordered and what is still being sold online. The fencing seems fine, but not what I expected or purchased.

Don’t use this company!The guy who answers their phone claiming to be the owner is rude. People with customer service this bad do not deserve to be in business. I’m much happier with the other company I chose.

If I could give zero stars I would, I called 8/22/19 at about 11:25 am to check to see if they have metal fence panels the man that answered the phone asked if I knew what the product looked like, I replied yes I saw in on another companys webs site, his reply was oh so you already spoke to somebody else have a nice day & hung the phone up, now I will hold my comments and let the readers be the judge of that.
