I had a goal that was about 3 years, going on 4, that Ive been working on accomplishing: trading in cards for store credit to get a game.And Chris, helpful Chris, got this done. He walked Me through their system, made it super simple to use u0026 in no time I was trading in cards. Got My store credit. GOT. MY. GAME!!!So yeah, fun times.

Great card/board game place.The tables are large, the chair are comfy, and the staff is friendly.Prices are also fair in the shop and for that reason this place is recommended if you like cards or board games.

This is the best card shop I have visited in my local area. The staff was very friendly and helpful offering to help us find stuff as well as once they find out what you buy /collect, they offer promo cards and packs to you for free that other shops may hold back. They had pokemon boxes and single packs in stock of the latest set. Other shops did not in my area. Prices are good, many sale items. They also have a nice website for online shopping too. There is a good sized play area in this location and the staff makes sure that anybody that comes in has on a mask that is filtered to keep their clients safe. They offer you one if you enter without the proper mask on or no mask. I even get to do Friday night Magic from home and collect online codes from these guys as they are a Magic partner for the MTGA online card game. I recommend anybody in the Miami area to visit this friendly card shop with awesome staff that make you feel at home. I will visit again soon.

Dropped in on a Tuesday for a random game night. Staff was extremely welcoming and helped me find a game. Regulars where warm and excited to teach. Highly recommend a Tuesday Night Board game night. Will stop in again (if I ever get back to the Miami area)!

Its my favorite place to buy and play board games, but they are moving away from stocking the latest board games and focusing more on trading card games. If youre a fan of board games, please check it out and buy some games. I would love to see board game nights return.

So, when it comes to ranking things, theres good, great, perfect, excellent, and then theres Cool Stuff Games level. I love them, and even though Im a 12 year old who likes to stay at home, I always beg to go there, whether its to buy something, sell something, or tell the employees they are awesome human beings. Heres a list of what I like about them:-Stock is great, they have so much more than local retailers.-The pricing is also good.-The employees are very civilized, good-mannered people. They are never, ever harsh at all.-The store has seating for you, if you wanted to grab a friend and meet up for some Magic or Pokemon or whatever TCG you play.-They also have 2 computers for you to use theyre website to finalize orders or look up anything you need to.-Their buy list thing is very beneficial, and can be trusted unlike EBay scalpers.Honestly, their only thing that I really think they can improve is business hours. Then again, maybe its just me, whos a 12 year old and I dont notice certain things because, like, adult stuff or whatever. But I think that its a great store.

Chris and Nico were excellent. Chris on multiple occasions has helped me and my son purchase Pokemon cards and he even provided my two young daughters with stickers. Nico patiently taught my son and his friends the game play rules of Pokemon. Excellent job. 10 stars.

You’re crazy if you don’t rate this place 5 stars. The employees are super friendly, great to work with and I genuinely appreciate them! Some will say they can be strict, but they’re doing it with everyone’s best interests in mind. They care about their patrons and follow the rules, like they should! You can count on this store if you believe in fairness. Their prices are fair; their policies are fair too.Shame on other card stores in the area trying to bring coolstuff down. Best cool Stuff in the Miami area, the first time i went i was looking into Du0026D and one of the employees walked me through all the books and essentials i would need to get started, then she introduced to a group that was doing a intro run into the game. And everytime I go they are introducing costumers into to board games and trading card games they were looking into. Overall the installations are clean and nice, so are the other costumers. Its s great environment to send the afternoon or even evenings playing games. Depending on the day you might find they are running different events and different clientele, but theres always people playing Commander, a fan favorite Magic: the gathering format

Staff is super friendly so thats why Ill give a two star review. I understand that Covid restrictions have been put in place but I dont really appreciate buying a drink from this place and supporting their business to be harassed by the management about not being allowed to drink in the establishment when an employee already politely disclosed this information. If youre not going to trust your employees to do the right thing or recognize that a simple misunderstanding doesnt require a condescending and disrespectful tone, then please just do the right thing and demote yourself.

Taking advantage of the hobby, this place is a disappointment worse than scalpers. Charging $180 for booster box that is only 143 on Pokémon center and I can find them for $120-130 shipped on eBay. I asked the guy about the price and if he had anything for msrp he said they do market price not msrp. what a shame I came in to try and help my lcs but in Miami there are no true lcs left. Save your money go on ebay

Well stocked shop with great staff and many tables. It seems like there are always events happening in the evenings and it is definitely more geared towards card games than anything else. HOWEVER theres plenty of space to allow for a DND session or miniature game on one of the back tables.Very popular place to find other like minded people and again GREAT staff. This is where I go for all my brick and mortar gaming needs.

Excellent service ! I am a new player of Magic and I was super insecure about what to have to start, the front desk girl that helped me was super nice and she even spend a few minutes explaining all the differences of the products they offer for new players like me. her attitude and professionalism are excellent, not like other places that seems like they are in a hurry for you to buy something and get out ... but here is very different, 100% recommended and I ll come back for more goodies !

They could do a better job of making sure there is product for their local community instead of selling everything to 1-2 people once it is in stock. Called to confirm they had stuff they told me call back in an hour that they just got a shipment and we’re gonna do inventory, called an hour and told me it was all sold to 2 people that came in. Just some advice make a limit, we know these are “hot” items which is why you would have multiple people coming to buy it and you still sell it just as fast and get more bodies inside your store then that leads to more chance of a sell of other items and product with more people. But anyways I get they are hot items so provide those hot items to your community not scalpers. Thanks!

This place got me back into MTG. I never stay late enough for the organized play so I have input for that. But casual play is awesome. People are great. Great variety of board games and the staff will go leaps and bounds to help you.

Completely free to sit and play games they have open, the prices are below what youd find on Amazon and the employees are very kind and even willing to teach you games theyre familiar with.

My brother in law brought me here, he plays card games like Magic the Gathering. I never knew how much was involved in playing it, so 3 stars for it actually being more interesting and involved than I e knew, but only 3 stars because it just really isnt for me. The staff were all very friendly, and seemed to actually enjoy dispensing their knowledge to someone like me.

I like this place... some of the people that go there and work there are a bit uptight and annoying but its ignorable. go in, grab your stuff, get out..... or bring your group, sit and play a couple matches of MTG or whatever your flavor. with better marketing and better staff you could really make something of this place. considering youre the only ones in town.

Awesome, cool, chill place to hang out, play card games and board games. They have boardgame demos to play if you dont own any. They also have Magic and Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments throughout the week for you competitive players. The staff is also friendly and the bathrooms are clean.

Until the day before yesterday I thought this was a great place for any kind of tcg community. Until I was entered a tournament was rudely mistreated by one of the employees. I basically made a simply mistake and automatically lossed the first round. But the employee that I was matched against went about it in the most rudest way. He grabbed the tournament slip and demanded that I signed as if I wasn’t even a human being. My fellow community members then tried to convince him that the way he did things was wrong. He then went and proclaimed that if I had a problem with the way things went that he could meet me outside and fight about since he was not on the clock. I thought this company stood for a friendly environment and to strengthen and support all kinds of communities. But the way that employee treated me was absolutely unacceptable. I haven’t had anybody be so rude and aggressive to me my whole entire life. If that is the type of people this company chooses to employ then I want nothing to do with it and I’ll take my business elsewhere.

AVOID SELLING CARDS TO THIS LOCATION!!! After returning to coolstuff games for a second time in a week to sell cards to them - I was turned away as a customer by an employee named Saddam. Ive never had more of a difficult and frustrating experience selling cards to a card shop - ONLY coolstuff games. After being turned away due to inadequate space to buy my bulk, I waited a few days and called to assure there was space to take my bulk in so that I did not have to waste several more hours of my life completing something as routine as selling cards. Once I got approval to sell the cards, I am greeted by a rude customer service associate that refuses to purchase the bulk for the agreed upon price shown on the website and agreed to on the phone. This was not my first or second time selling to this establishment and the frustrating hassle and disrespect I have experienced for trying to complete such a routine task has completed shattered my expectations of a honest and reputable game shop that coolstuff games Miami portrays.

The best game store in Miami by far! Everyone is very welcoming, prices are fair, and there is plenty of space for everyone. Im definitely coming back again for Friday night magic!

Update: 01/31/19 After the recent stunt that was pulled at the Hollywood location by firing 90%of the staff with no valid reason or facts I will no longer support this company and you should do the same. Its also said it was a corporate decision and that they dont want anymore customer hanging out at their stores. If this message reaches anyone important and has answers let me knoe. I had friends who were staff and the TCG community was growing because of them.
