The manager Eduardo Dieguez has the nastiest attitude. What a horrible experience. My friend purchased a gift for me from this store which BROKE so I went to the store to have it repaired. The ladies that helped me that day were very helpful, nothing like Eduardo. I will most definitely NEVER be returning to this store and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it. ZERO customer service. I wish I would’ve recorded the way he was talking to me and how rude and condescending he was being when “helping” me. Ew!

Make sure you order your ring 3 months in advance, the promise date means nothing to them, all they do is lie.

My husband & I had a very pleasant experience as we elected together my engagement ring. We felt like VIP, the whole staff was very attentive, product knowledgeable & extremely patient with me!!! I needed to come a second time to pick up my personalized fitted ring & the awesome treatment continued after the sale was already made. The turnover time was beyond my expectations, I couldn’t believe how fast I was able to wear my gorgeous ring. We will definitely be going back to Kay Jewelers @ Dadeland for any future purchases. Kay Jewelers at Dadeland Mall in Miami is a great source for all things jewelry and accessories. I have had a really good experience every time I have shopped here and have liked the quality of their selection and items available. I like the that they have a mens corner for mens jewelry. I have been happy with my purchases here and it is good to know that there is a consistent place to buy jewelry in this location.

Got my ring for the special woman in my life. This place has been wonderful to us.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The customer service at this location is nonexistent. We bought my husbands ring at a different KAY and needed a smaller size after moving. We brought it to this store, they first ordered the wrong ring. Once I pointed out it was the wrong ring they said they found the correct one and that it would be in within 2 weeks. It took 6 weeks to get there and within those 4 extra weeks nobody was able to tell me when it would be there. Once the ring was finally there, I went to the store only to find that they ordered the same ring they did the first time which was not the correct ring. The man then said that he couldn’t figure out what the correct ring was, that in order to do so he’d have to look online at all the rings one by one and implied that that was just too much of a hassle and asked me if I didn’t want to just look for a different ring in their store when my husband wasn’t even with me. I returned the ring, went home myself onto the KAY website and searched for tungsten men’s rings and found the correct ring within 15 minutes. This location simply has made it to where I will never return to a KAY jewelers.

First impression the retail women didn’t know what I was asking for, later the manager EDDIE comes to the rescue and understood what I wanted, told me about the diamond show they were having and just like that I got my engagement ring setting change in two hours fast and incredible customer service!

Super bad customer service!I order my wedding band on January 08 and its been 3 months and i still havent received it, don ever go to kay Dadeland mall or aventura! They always promised you a date and it not TRUE,

I have a heart necklace whic i love and a promise ring from this place.. i think every boyfriend should get this promise ring to their girlfriend. you can put both of your birthstones and your names on the ring. super cute!

My fiance and I went here ring shopping for our engagement. The salespersons were unhelpful, condescending and gave us dirty looks when I told them we werent looking to spend a lot of money. I told them the style I liked and they continued to show us ugly rings that werent at all my style and were way out of our price range. Do yourself a favor and go to Zales in the same mall. Theyre helpful and lovely over there.

My sister brought in her ring HERE to get it cleaned and they LOST IT. This place sets the accountability bar at an all time low. Please dont take anything worth something to you here.

Zero stars would be more accurate, but Google doesnt allow it. We purchased our wedding bands from the DADELAND store and have had over 5 issues since the purchase (it has not even been a year.) I am a dedicated KAY customer and have purchased jewelry from other stores but my experience with this particular store and its staff has been horrible. No sympathy or willingness to work with their customer and they wait way too long to come up with a sensible solution. The managers dont accept their mistakes and expect the customers to continue to shell out money to fix their errors. Do yourselves a favor and go to another KAY. We will be reporting this store to the BBB (Better Business Bureau.) I am taking business els where and only wish I had made this decision sooner.

Went to the store looking for a ring, didnt found one I liked, the sales person was very nice and helpful, so I didnt wanted leave without buying anything, then I asked him for a bracelet, he told me the price for one i liked that was 119 dollars, the bracelet look ok but not worth the price, it was only stainless steel, but I end up buying it, when he was ringing it up he told me he gave me his personal discount, which was weird itself, after I left I look at the yellow paper that he gave me as a recipe, it show two charges 1 for 89 dollars and another for 15 dollars, which was weird, so I called the store talk to him and he told me that was how the computer printed it, so I believed him, when I got home, the price indeed was 89 it was on sale from 119, so this guy lie to me on the face and rip me off by adding 15 dollars of fake charges, sad that you need to lie to your clients to sell something, be very careful with charges printed on the yellow paper recipe, double check price online

Worst of the worst. Costumer service is non-existent. I cant comprehend how this place can stay open with such carelessness. Late deliveries of items! If you cant trust your jeweler....you are in trouble.

If I could give them 10 stars there they would be, very good customer service. I made a purchase and brought a chain and without buying it bought there they cleaned it and left it as new. !!!!

Bad service in that store and they do things wrong. A $ 600 ring and they marked it wrong. It is not recommended to buy in that store.
