I contacted Alfa Glass and Mirror because I needed a custom table top made for my irregularly shaped octagon table. I brought the owner a template that day and he cut and polished the glass for me on the spot. Fast service, very reasonable price, and it came out perfectly!! I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I called several companies to get an estimate to have my new accent mirror repaired. Other companies quoted me a ridiculous price and brushed me off. I went out on a limb & placed one more call to Alfa Glass and Mirror. They were kind, professional and gave me their honest opinion along with a very reasonable quote. The mirror looks amazing and I could not be more pleased with the price, the promptness and overall professionalism. I highly recommend this company :)

Amazing job, clean and fast!!

Dont even waste your time dealing with this place. The owner does not respond to messages or phone calls. My landlord hired him to fix my impact windows because they were damaged. In a week the glass was supposedly done, so I took the day off but the day he was supposed to come in he says it wasnt ready. I wait another two weeks for this glass to be ready and in the meantime I try contacting him, but he has the WORST communication. Finally he said the glass was ready and took off another weekday for him to come in. The day of he says its broken and he is done with this job. Gave back the money and wasted a month of my time. He said he contacted me but he never did. My fiancé showed up in person and one of his employees called him so he ACTUALLY picked up the phone. He screamed at my fiancé that he is not doing this job anymore. Unprofessional, unreliable, and unresponsive. Im getting quotes from other professionals and the glass should take 3-6 weeks. They are cheap and not worth it.

He managed to fixed my mirror that I bought online that was very expensive but got broke during the delivery process. He charged me a fare price and got It done in a day! Was also nice enough to deliver It to my home! Very attentive and very friendly! Will be doing more business with him in the near future!

Very professional and quick to do their job. I have no complaints.. The workers are super sweet as well. Will definitely call them for my other bathroom in the future

If I could give zero stars I would! The owner is UNRESPONSIVE and DISORGANIZED. Shattered and broke the glass he was suppose to install TWICE! I am without a glass for ONE month because of this careless company. Do not even bother getting a response as they will ignore you. At the end, he quit and said he didnt even want to try and order another glass and that he is done with this job. Was screaming over the phone and said he didnt want to deal with us anymore. Terrible terrible service!! I do not understand how they are even in business.The only reason I found out my glass was broken was because I showed up in person since they ignored my calls. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!

This company deserves 0 stars but i need to give them 1 to be able to write this review. I called them for an estimate and I got in contact with ALBERTO. I was extremely lucky to be able to make an appointment with him. I texted him the day before our appointment to confirm and he didnt answer .I didnt know if he was going to show up or not. He finally showed up almost two hours late on a Saturday and promised to call the following Monday with the estimate. This was almost two weeks ago, I tried to call him several times, never answerded, never returned calls or texts. I decided to call him from a different number, he answered and again asked for more time to provide with an estimate in another few days. I asked him if he was interested on the job and he said YES. I havent heard from him for 5 days, I called again and texted with no response. Horrible experience, completely unprofessional and careless . This people have work thanks to us, the costumers. If you want your work to get done DONT YOU EVER CALL THIS COMPANY .

Small operation with a disorganized owner. Needed a small mirror made and was told it would be done in a few days. Tried to contact owner on day of pickup and he never answered the phone or returned voicemails. Went to the shop to try and pick up anyway and the technician there had no idea of my order. Was then told it would be ready in a couple of days. Called the owner back to try and pick up the mirror again and then was told it would be another day. Finally got the mirror and it wasn’t properly glued to the framing on one edge. Ended up having to glue the edge myself. Very unprofessional and will never use this business again or suggest it to anyone.

I needed a bathroom mirror and they delivered on time and did good work.
