Just bought our first Caja China from them. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was polite and patient even after we called twice for questions and tips on roasting our first pig. Highly recommend!

I purchased a Diamond Cut 100lbs roaster and I cant express to you how happy I am. The staff was wonderful, helpful and very welcoming. I will definitely be shopping with them for all accessories for my pig box. Thank you Guys!!!!

I’ve known Mat, the owner for years and he has always been there to answer any questions I had about cooking with the Caja China. Great experience with them. I’ll definitely be back this Summer to pick up some parts and accessories for my roaster.
