Terribly rude and disrespectful service. With that type of service this location should just close. Its a disservice to the franchise!

A+ : Talk about Customer Service! I approached the Drive-Thru asking if this location carried the Non-Dairy Ice Cream flavors (not including the Sorbet), because I have been turned away by numerous locations, at first he said no but then he offered to check the freezer to be sure. So he invited me to come in while he checked.Well, Surprise! Surprise! 😍 He comes out with a full tub of the Non-Dairy Cookie Dough, talk about 😍😍😍. He made me the happiest customer on earth! I will always visit this location for 2 reasons, 1st: the excellent customer service and 2nd: to enjoy my Non-Dairy delights! Kudos to you ✨Jeffrey✨! For the 5th time coming out trying to get the type of ice cream I want praline and cream and they didnt have it

Terrible. Cashier was condescending and rude. I asked for an ice cream cone and got a cup. When I asked for the cone to be added to the top, she rang up a Coke...and then stated that I asked for a coke. I dont have time for foolishness so I just let it go and left. However, once I began eating the one thing I had ordered, I found it to be disgusting and hard. Munchkins are supposed to be soft, not so hard that may break a tooth. Just terrible.

Staff was great! Baskin Robins selection sucked though.

The employees were nice. The service not so nice. The girl working the window with the red hair had her AirPods on and was not wearing a mask or gloves. Her and the young man working had no product knowledge and made my order wrong then tried to convince me it was right. No face mask and no gloves. The CDC would love to hear about this.

This place never have any ice cream and even stuffed they have on menu!! Service is the worst need to knock the window because employees was mingling inside!!

I ordered a special birthday cake online and upon pick up, wrong ice cream!!! Then was told that a visit would have to be made the next morning for a refund! I dont think so! Baskin-Big Mistake! Ruined our birthday surprise!!! This is the store on 103rd St and I95. Where can we find a chocolate cake chocolate ice cream cake at 7 pm now!!!! If I could give no stars, this would would be zero stars!

TERRIBLE!! It’s supposedly open for “24hours” yet no one answers the the intercom when I pulled up to drive through. I waited for ten minutes!!! Nothing. Went to the next window nothing!! I’m very disappointed there’s not a lot of 24hour ice cream parlors in my area. Just had a horrible day at work and I really wanted to enjoy some ice cream at least. It’s only 11:40pm.

........THIEVES....... We ordered a specific birthday cake 3 days in advance and PAID almost $40 for that small but specific cake that the birthday girl chose. When we showed up they didn’t know anything about our order which we paid for, we showed them our receipt so they offered a different cake that they had there, which is nowhere close to what we ordered!!!!!! Then they told us that we can’t get the refund from them and that we should call Baskin Robbins which we did and then the corporation said that they can’t do anything because it is owners responsibility. So basically it is nobody’s responsibility to issue a refund for the cake that was never made!!!!!!! THIEVES!!!!!! Watch out for this website because it is a gamble, you might end up with a ruined birthday promise and lost $40.

Terrible location.I suggest you visit the location on biscayne and 51st.Every single time I try and go to this location, they only have 3 or 4 ice cream flavors available. No cookies. Nothing.The employees are so lazy... I dont see how an ice cream shop that is open 24 hours.... Does not have anything available lol.This will be the last time I try try this location.

Tonight I went with a friend for a treat at her request to Baskin Robbins, the first attendant was friendly and courteous however the young lady behind the counter was unfriendly, and a tad disrespectful during my service. When I placed my order she walked away and sent the guy to attend to me instead, though he was doing the garbage at this time, and though they advertised that if you bought 3 scoops you got a waffle cone, there was no waffle cone present and the attendant said he doesnt know why they advertise it. Then when I got my purchase finally she approached and stated that it was too much in my container, so he explained it was 3 scoops she looked again and murmured something incoherent. I walked away. My friend bought coffee that was really hot and asked for something to put around the hot cup and was told there is nothing available, however the Male attendant brought her another cup with a holder to minimize her discomfort. Tonights service was really poor and unacceptable at this location.

Terrible service. Indicative of the area. Do no go here. No safe and very dark parking lot. Pandhandlers always stand near the drive though and stand near the front door. Not sure why this location. Is still open .

Frencg vanilla Ice is the best. Hubby like theyre cookie and creams. A must try.

The drive thru hours and store hours are not clearly marked on the website. Had to order a lyft to go through the drive-thru just to find out they only had one flavor of ice cream available mocha pecan. I asked if they had soft-serve, no soft-serve. I asked if they had brownies, no brownies. I dont really like coffee flavored things but I had walked all the way there. After reading the other online reviews it is clear that whoever does inventory is not doing a very good job. How can you be out of everything?

Ordered a cake a week in advanced, drove over 40 minutes to pick it up and the person who makes the cake “didn’t make it”...

Might as well not even be a 24 hour place. Went around 2AM and they had no ice cream. Not only that but we had to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes saying excuse me before an employee finally told us that they were changing shifts and to wait. When our order was taken the employee was extremely rude. Ill never come back here.

The manager is very rude the casher is a sweetheart shes the only reason Why I am giving them 2starts I will not be going back there to spend my money

Terrible service and horrible location. People just sitting inside yapping away not buying anything doesnt leave a place to seat for actual customers. Asked for a 2 scoop ice cream and got 2 scoops crammed in a one scoop cup. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.

Slow service. Only two people were running both Dunkin donuts and Baskin Robbins on a Saturday night. Not there fault, they did their best. Blame management.
