I bought two kind of boxes from them and I only received one kind. I call them to get an explanation and they said they don’t have the other kind in stock until next year. I was expecting those to run my business and none noticed me that. And instead of getting a solution I received nothing but a ruth girl with no intentions to help. Never get anything from them.

With so many suppliers closing up shop on 47th street in NY, I was desperate to find more of the nice jewelry boxes I have been using for years. My normal supplier is still there, but I was told they could not source them any longer, and all the other remaining display stores have only basic inventory (black or white boxes). After hours of searching online, I fell upon this place, and not only did they have the exact boxes I wanted in the correct color (ivory), they had additional sizes, and much cheaper prices. Items ordered came quickly and although the shipping charge was steep, it was still cheaper and less laborious for me all in to order from here, compared to running around 47th street for hours trying to find a particular box.

Horrible. Sold a defective necklace display stand. The owner was incredibly rude. No option for a refund or even an exchange. He actually asked me to leave his store. Would not even look at the defective product. Horrible horrible horrible. Worst customer service Ive ever received in my life.
