Great experience both times I’ve been there...the ladies were very helpful in informing me how the system works - the first experience, my landscaper had sent me to purchase the stones and pay for delivery that was pretty easy but Thankfully I was informed that you can scout the area while in your car- knowing that was so helpful otherwise I would’ve walked the very large and overwhelming lot to find the stones I wanted***my second experience at Olimar was to load up stones into my pick up truck- you first have to weigh in your truck then park by the stones of your choice & very quickly your order is taken care of! So that another tip for you- if you’re loading up on your on truck then don’t waste time standing in line- drive up to the weighing station and then go park by your stones! Easy smeazy!!

They are super rude!! Customer service is TERRIBBLE!!!! I was on hold for over 10 minutes and when you call again they put you on hold without even allowing you to speak!!!

If you have a pickup this place is like Disneyland but better. Roll up on the scale wait for the green flash and then go find your bin. As long as you can read you can find the rock, pebble, stone, sand or soil you need. Pull up in front of your selection and wait for the bobcat to wobble down the path and then, like ice cream, you just ask for one scoop or two or three if your truck can handle it,.Back to the scale and with one more green flash you get to pay and be one your way in minutes.You can even bring your dog along for the ride.Williee Armellini

Olimar Stone is the only place I will purchase stones from. When I moved from Miami to Boynton Beach I wanted to cover my landscape once again with River Rock. I searched many places in Delray and Boynton and nothing compared to Olimars prices and customer service. No matter how busy they are they return emails, phone calls and will help you with all your purchasing needs.
