After a long search, finally found Paradise Lightening to repair my table lamp! The price was a little steep, but I got the lamp repaired in 1 week. I’m a happy camper and recommend. Lamp repair is a dying art. Thank you Paradise Lighting!

The reality is your products are average and somewhat boring. Look at your website. The lighting is traditional and dated. Apparently that has been a problem for you for years. All you need to do is look at the reviews going back years ago to see that your service is spotty and products have issues.You then brought up politics??? Why? Is it a political fundraiser or a business? Everybody has a right to express their political views but that was not the review is about.When I posted the review I didn’t mention politics. You then attacked me about politics and didn’t address to me about your mediocre service or your less then exciting products. Maybe take a look at your inventory and realize it is stale and dated. Have a big sale and get rid of the tired lighting that is not in style. It is like finding a needle in a haystack to find anything good.The owner will then bring up that he had great reviews till October 5th. However if you look at his reviews over 5 years there is a pattern. He clearly operates on the bipolar style with his reviews. He is blaming this on his political views instead of his products and service. Don’t be fooled by his automatic post. The mediocre products and service in his business is real and has been documented for years in his reviews. Going back at least 5 years he has had angry unhappy customers.Again bringing up politics in your business is really a dumb idea but this is America you are free to be dumb as you want. I do appreciate your services and I’m glad that you didn’t get kicked out of America after your service!!!

Awesome store and super helpful staff. Lots of lights and parts for home owners or business environment. Dont go for the ordinary, but if you want unique bulbs, custom made lighting, repair items, or parts this is the place for you.

AWFUL establishment. My husband and I bought a light fixture there and when the handyman was installing it we noticed they gave us a used lamp. I called them and they initially said they gave us the wrong box but then transferred my call to someone else who accused me of lying and saying the light fixture was new. They said I have no reason to get mad (having spend almost $400 on it) and also lied and said that they showed me the fixture before I picked it up which again didnt happen. They have NO IDEA what customer service is and couldnt care less to keep their customers given that this was my fifth purchase there. I also felt like not being a Spanish speaking customer clearly hurts my chances of getting assisted because they dont seem to consider me a customer. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME. By the way this was for my nursery and I am 9 months pregnant being accused of lying. I am not sure why I would ever bring this kind of stress to my life if I didnt have a valid reason.

They are very helpful and knowledgeable, the manager Andres went out of his way to make sure that all my questions were answered. You cant get that in the internet or the big stores. Drove a a long way from the treasure Coast to visit this store. I was told they had a huge selection. They do in fact have a lager display of lighting and ceiling fans than Home Depot or Loews but the quality of their merchandise were not really great. Better quality at Home Depot or Loews..

I’ve shopped there a couple of times and had a wonderful experience. The manager was very helpful and I found lights that are really nice and have worked out great. I will shop there again in a few months when I buy a light for my dining room.

If you’re looking for lamps and light fixtures that were salvaged from the worts local dump at ridiculously inflated prices, then look no further. I’m a Spanish speaker, but was treated extremely rudely by their staff when I addressed them in English. You’d be better served elsewhere with better prices and inventory that doesn’t make your house/apartment look dumpy and dated.

I went to Lighting Paradise looking for a new light fixture for my dining room. Selection was ok, pricing was definitely higher than I would expect. The worst part was customer service. I was treated rudely and brushed off when I asked for assistance, maybe because I dont speak spanish? You might as well just go to Lowes or Home Depot. Save yourself some money and not have to deal with the sales peoples bad attitude. I ended up buying a great fixture at Lowes. I wont be back!

Last week i got a lamp in this store for about $700 two days later I paid an electrician to install it and I paid $200 .. when the lamp was finally installed I realized that the model was incorrect. The give me wrong item, I come back today to change the lamp and ask about a return for at less half of the money I paid to the electrician because was they error and i need to pay the electrician one more time to install the correct lamp and they said that no.. that they dont do that because the owner no authorize it.I have a business and my priority is the customer services.. i do not recommend business that doesnt care about they customers 😡😡😡A

Great place you have a big selection of light, size, type, color and style. I recommend it 100% because they were very helpful and friendly. I will buy again from them soon. They accept majority of credit cards, cash, and they offer some discount in some items. Their parking space is great and you can see the place from your car on the 8st. I don’t recommend this lighting store to anyone. I was very disappointed with how I was treated, and The customer service. I went there because I thought they were experts in the subject and would be able to guide me making the correct decision. I bought two light fixtures ($1600 total) which I loved. One I took home that same day the other stayed at the store since it had to have a special installation. Once I got home and spoke to the specialist I realized that the lamp had specific installation instructions and would not be opt for what I needed. I was very disappointed as specifically explained to Andreína what I needed and even showed her pictures of the space. I returned for an exchange as they have a no return policy which I was not aware of and never informed of at the time of payment. Even though the lamp never left the store they refused to give The money back which I was fine with as long as they exchange it for something I liked. They were not able to accommodate to my needs and I ended up taking two overpriced flush lightswhich are not what I originally went for and $200 worth of lightbulbs just to get out of there.

Walked into the place, I was the only client and after 3 minutes I had to say out loud good morning for someone to come. Young girl tried to be nice but didnt smile once, she got manager on the phone for me cause she couldnt answer my question and lady manager said she was on her lunch break and I had to be quick. WHITE GLOVE SERVICE!!! highly recommend this place for you next lighting purchase......I went there last week and I was surprised not only for their huge selection and prices but their customer service... as soon as I came in to the store a was greeted by a nice and friendly sales person who helped me choose the light fixtures I was looking for. I felt no pressure from the salesman who patiently guide me to the entire selection and made recommendations about what should I put in each area in my house......after finishing selecting all my chandeliers and light fixtures the salesman offered me to take my purchases to my car as he claimed it was part of their service and kindly made me some fresh brewed Cuban coffee...I will definitively come back to the store for more lighting and will recommend this place to all my friends and family .....it is hard to find this kind of service these days but at lighting paradise you will certainly find it.

We’ve had a great experience with Lighting Paradise. The customer service was wonderful and extremely accommodating especially since we are building a new home out-of-state. We traveled to Florida to see their showroom and they were kind enough to have a sales person their to assist us without making us feel rushed. We were able to “knock out “ all our selections and head back home.Everything was shipped to our home on time as promised and we only had one item that was broken at arrival but management was able to send out a relacement asap.I’ve even had to add a few extra items once we got back from Florida and the manager was always available to assist in selections and gave her great input in style:)Would recommend this store to anyone....Keep up the awesome job and thanks for your help with our new home! It looks gorgeous:)

Ordered a product from this company online and paid thru PayPal. I was told that theres only a single staff that handles the order whom was extremely hard to get a hold of. After placing countless calls to the company to follow up for a status and waited over 2 weeks for product to get shipped and still not receiving a confirmation, Ive given up and asked the company to provide a full refund instead. Since then, its again been over more than another week and theyre sitting on a few thousand dollars and not working on a refund. My experience with this company had been nothing but a disaster. Stay away!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I am so disappointed with this store and its management. My fiancé and I bought a chandelier for our dining room on Oct 04th/2014, and as of today Jan 19th/2015, it has not arrived yet! They messed up completely with the order and left us unaware of it. 1 month later I called to check on the status (should be arriving) and they said it had to be produced in China, lead time 28days. I honestly do not care where it is made as long as the deadlines are fulfilled. Since then they keep on giving me several excuses. Finally we decided to cancel the order and guess what? NOT POSSIBLE since the order has already been placed. A NIGHTMARE! I am yet to find out how good the product is and it they ordered the correct one...
