My pals and I went to this store to consume wine and beer. We had a nice time together because the environment was cool, not crowded, and calm. Even the server who delivered our order at the time was pleasant, steadfast, and cheerful. We found out at the conclusion of the day that we were returning here. Thank you very much!

It sadden my heart to watch the owner of this company call the towe truck on anyone who temporarily parked in there parking spot. I watched as patience would come out the building adjacent to hers, come out seeing no car.The worst part is, the parking is at the back and their building and was not being utilized at the moment.I think this is very cold and heartless and no one in Miami should support Royal liquor store because the do care.

Extremely rude and unhelpful owner. I asked him about how many ounces was in the Johnny Walker Black label behind the cashier’s desk. He said “I can’t help you”. As I was researching gluten free rum options in the aisle he asked me to hurry up and I told him I was looking for different gluten free run options and he said the only option they had was a $80 options, which was absolutely not true. There were at least 8 other gluten free marked rums on the shelf. He just wanted me to leave the store? Absolutely could not understand his problem. I won’t be going back.

Rather small location but you can find the more popular brands. Adequate assortment and prices are good and fair. I like this location cuz I will find what I need, its never busy or crowded, so its a quick check out.

It is incredible how this rude owner with anger management issues was able to stay in this business. He literally throw me out from his store for asking where is the sign about $10 minimum purchase with credit card. I dont care if I lose a customer, he said.

The clerk person thing and the homeless person that looked to be doubling as a security guard, both were clueless about anything to do with liquor. So if you go you better know what youre looking for.

Had low expectations for this place, but its even worse than anticipated. Low-class, cramped, dirty, mediocre selection, inventory facing the sun. Extremely rude, bitter old guy at the register who doesnt acknowledge you when you enter, and ignores you when you go to pay because hes too busy filing his finger nails and staring brain-dead at a telenovela on TV. Snaps rudely when you inquire about a bottle that they dont have. I almost left without making a purchase due to the hostility of this wretched viejo.Everything looks old, including perishable items - all of their bottles of Roses Lime Cordial were expired by almost two years and had turned brown, and the bottles of Grenadine had 2014 and 2015 expiration dates. Wow. People coming and going mostly were there to check their lotto tickets and buy cigarettes. The kind of place that bums go to buy little plastic airliner bottles. Avoid.

Went to this establishment quickly to get a bottle of wine for a party and they gave me a great recommendation and were very friendly. They only spoke spanish while i was there so if you dont speak spanish it might not be the same experience that i had.
