Miami Travertine is the best! We purchased French pattern tile 6 months ago which we were unable to use due to the surface it needed to be laid on and needed to be exchanged. Tony was not only accommodating with the exchange after 6 months, but also was able to get us exactly what we we needed. Great customer service and would highly recommend them.

0 starts. Dont do business with this company. I have been trying to get a product I purchased delivered or a refund for a month. We made the mistake of buying 1600 sq ft of travertines, we stored 1150 for later use as it apparently was no problem at the moment because they wanted to make the whole sale. Tony told us we could store it with them no problem because it was a common stone and we could secure the price at that moment... lies. They dont have the stone anymore, the prices have gone up and now they dont want to get us the material because they would be losing money. Also, they told us the material we have purchased had been sold, so they sold it twice. Then when I try to get a refund they said I paid with apple pay and cant use that card... Mind you this has been a process of more than a month of us waiting for a fake delivery that was promised 3 straight weeks, and the past 2 weeks have been about the refund. Now we will probably be going to court. A waste of time. Just safe yourself some time and elsewhere.

This should be no star. This people are very unprofessional and have been playing with me for the past 2 months. After 4 delivers that never were delivered for I don’t know what reason,now they don’t want to give me the money nor the material! Very disappointed

I just want to let everyone know how amazing this company is, ESPECIALLY Tony. From my very first phone call (one of many to them!) inquiry about a specific paver (Shellstone Limestone), to my last phone call in which, after a mix up by my Mailroom in not scheduling a FedEx pick-up from Miami Marble, I was desperate to find a way for the sample Id requested shipped to our office, to get to a FedEx Shipping location in time for the package to be shipped this evening and delivered to my boss tomorrow. Well, Tony saved the day - he was so thoughtful and so helpful, he called a messenger service to pick up the package and drop it off at a FedEx location so that it made the deadline for shipping. Just incredibly helpful and professional and not to mention, the pavers are BEAUTIFUL. I would highly recommend this company to anyone (and I am not one to post reviews but this was a must). I have been in the process of the a remodel for my house for the past year and I looked for pavers for the new driveway everywhere. Miami Travertine had the best prices and the most beautiful travertine pavers around. Ray gave me personalized services and the best prices. My house looks beautiful and everyone that stops is asking where I got the pavers from. I am very pleased with the experience and would totally recommend. I also saw that they carried the marble that I had just installed throughout my house the year before at a better price than what i paid for it at Home & Decor.

Great price, great stock, and super helpful staff!!!!

This company is a fraudulent scammer. They sell second hand products while advertising and charging as top of the line. When you open the packages(travertine or tiles, in my case both), they are defective or broken most of them. They dont do exchanges and charge only cash(probably for tax purposes) and last but not least the customer service they offer when there is a problem with the product is very far away from being acceptable. Was very hard to believe how rude the manager was( his name is Ray by the way) and even harder to realise he does not know how to differentiate between a cheap tile and a top quality one. Horrible experience.

We shopped around a lot for travertine for our pool area and we found just what we were looking for here. On time delivery, quality as promised, we are happy with our travertine tiles.
