I made a purchase yesterday and when I checked to see if it was shipped it said the payment was “Unverified”. I checked my account and the money had been removed. So I called Citi Marine and they said in order to get the transaction to go through I would need to send them a picture of my photo ID. I really want the part so I took the leap of faith and sent it to them. I had never been asked for my photo ID for an online purchase so I did a little research and this turns out to be fairly common so there is no need to get upset like I did. I really appreciate how communicative and helpful Citi Marine was. They had the product I wanted and bent over backwards to get it to me faster than anyone else could. Thank you!

A bezel was defective and I needed a longer cable. In my opinion what differentiates a good company from a great one is how they handle adversity. Citimarine is phenomenal, I was online looking for a Micro-Air Soft Start device and found their name on the Micro Air web site as a dealer for their products. This was late night on a Sunday. Once I pulled up their website and typed in the part number I was looking for it indicated they had some in stock that I was looking for. The chat window popped up and asked if They could help. I replied and gave me a part number and description of what I was looking for he came back with a statement saying no one was able to assist at this time with this message would be placed in an email basket for someone first thing in the morning. My thought at this point what is it yeah I bet.To my surprise and reaffirming my faith in people the next morning when I got up I had an email from them saying that they had checked her inventory and yes they did have that particular model in stock I was really surprised most systems like this don’t work Citimarine was on the ball. Bought a 3.5 Kubota generator. It came prewired for 220. I ordered a 110. On the first test it blew out my inverter. $1200 item! Its particularly troubling in that we called and received instructions from their tech on how to wire it for 110. Even after following the instructions it put out 220. To date no attempt by Citimarine to offer a remedy other than sending the correct breaker. It turns out the breaker was wired for 220 at the factory. Not something we would ever touch. Still waiting ..

Ordered Nova Cool fridge 6/3/20. They called five weeks later and told us it was no longer available. Ordered another model and told us they should have it on 8/8/20. On 08/10/20 we were told the fridge had been shipped to us. On 08/12/20 they told us the first model we wanted was no longer available and recommended the same model they recommended in July and would arrive in 4-6 weeks. We already knew that. They apparently forgot about us and our fridge had never been ordered. Bottom line ordered 6/3/20 and by 8/12/20 they had not even placed an order to Nova Cool. We cancelled order and got our money back. They got one start because you cant post review with no stars. The worst service I have ever encountered.

Driving in the NW area of Miami I had one of their drivers in a Honda Ridgeline, tailgating and swerving all over the road as if he was drunk, this is in the AM on a Sunday.Driver was literally swerving over three separate lanes, changing direction without blinker or warning, taking red lights and eventually hopped on the highway. Extremely dangerous driving and reckless behavior from CitiMarine.My passenger recorded video of the truck and the tag and we will be reporting this to the police.

I needed a couple of Shurflo water pumps and checked around on the net for the best price. Found it here at Citimarine. We live aboard our sailboat and were in the US Virgin Islands, a bit of a special case for receiving a shipment. So I called Citimarine and they were very helpful from the moment they answered the phone. An account was setup and the pumps were shipped and held at the UPS office. Had my new pumps in two days, great service and the best price.

I had an excellent experience working with Citimarine to replace an older marine HVAC unit.They helped me identify the correct drop-in replacement unit. The unit arrived quickly and in excellent condition, and - as promised - was a nearly perfect retrofit. All of the existing AC wiring and controls matched up perfectly, and there were minimal mods required for the cooling water system and drain (extended one hose by 12-18).Boat HVACs are not cheap products, of course, but between a helpful manufacturers rebate and the fact that I was able to install it myself in just a couple of hours, it turned out to be a very satisfactory experience!.
