I took my recently purchased hayabusa here for an antifreeze leak, new tires and an inspection. The Owner Mike attended me personally and caught some safety issues on my bike such as a right poorly installed chain that had to be replaced. They were extremely honest and thorough with me. Mike will call you to update you on your repairs. My bike rides like new now. Mike even called me a few days after I picked my bike up to make sure everything was ok. I found my new motorcycle mechanic. Thank you so much for the clean and honest work. Ill recommend them to anyone that needs a moto mechanic.

Im looking for a helmet ....... the ones that are there ....... nor did he approach, nor did he care that a client entered. shame agena felt. I went to another place ........ and 2 people helped me from the moment I entered until I was happy with my helmet, my gloves and my boots.

Great experience. I recently moved back to South Florida and I am very glad to have found this shop. They were very knowledgeable and explained what my bike needed. The shop was very fast and does excellent work.

I have a gsx-r 1000 that has many performance mods. So I am very picky as for my meat ice in my bike. I ride the bike in speeds of excess 180 so I am not letting just anyone work on my bike. This place was amazing in customer service and they did a amazing job on my service work. They even did a complimentary chain adjustment. I have found my permanent bike mechanic and will be returning next week for more work

I have compared their prices to online stores and they are very similar which was surprising since he has overhead costs then online stores. There isnt a motorcycle store as good in the area.

Best shop in town. I drive all the way from kendall to go to them. They are fast reliable, and fairly priced. Ron pulled a screw out of my tire and when they saw it didnt penetrate they didnt charge me a dime and filled the tires. Always ready to explain, teach, and listen. Brought my R1 for an oil change, mount new tires, new battery, radiator flush and replaced with engine ice. Excellent service from the front and work done by there mechanics. Bike had small smudge from work being done. I would have gave 5 stars. I will definitely be back to this shop. Very happy with work done.

Great Shop!!! Extremely Surprised by the amount of Selection they had in Stock for their size. The Guys there were very helpful and knowledgeable, providing superb one on one service. I have an ATV and a Street Glide (HD). Can take them anywhere, but ONLY go to Everything Motorcycles. Excellent work ethic, good communication. Priced fairly for the location and high end work they provide! Also purchased a real nice riding jacket from them!

The staff there were extremely helpful in choosing the right bike, prepping the bike, choosing a helmet, choosing the right lock, as well as how to take care and maintain the bike. I’ve been coming here for a while and have never had a bad experience. Need new tires they have you in and out. Blow a spark plug out of the motor. No problem done in a few days. Can’t say enough good things. Love these guys.

Awful customer service. They take photos of customers bikes and post them online to make fun of. They don’t even call back to apologize or do anything about it. Very unprofessional.

What really separates shops are customer service and this is where this shop excels... I had some problems with wheel balancing and they were really cool about and helping me out... Great trustworthy place with great prices.

Maybe those who gave EM bad reviews had excessive expectations that no service could live up to. I found these guys highly professional, they gave me a run-down of worse possible case scenarios and a basic two hour charge. Turned out my bike only needed a new battery and so I was out the next day with no additional charges. Theyre a way from where I live but the trip is worth it. Theyre my mechanics from now on.

These guys know it. Whatever you need, they got you covered. Be warned that they got rid of their satellite workshop, meaning they now do everything in the back - so they really want you to get your bike out of there the second theyre done working on it. But theyre good at everything.

Been coming here for years and every time I havent been disappointed. They always manage to find a way to help me no matter what my request is. Employees are really enjoyable to talk to as well.

I like things done just as its said. I came by on tuesday asked how much to change tires i was told a 100 to change tires plus 15 per inner tube. When i drop the bike off the next day the price changes i didnt argue as i just wanted it done. 3 hours later i pick up the they try and tell me my bikes needs $500 worth in parts and labor for a sprocket, chain, bushings. It bothered me but i just wanted to pick the pick up. But before i could pick the bike up he said he has to charge me another $6 for rim tape. I told him i think it was a bit steep the price i paid and now you want to change your price again??Never again.

Top notch quality mechanics at service and the sales department is extremely helpful with providing the service and parts needed to complete the job in a timely manner with reasonable prices... thanks again for the exceptional customer service..

This shop is great! ive had terrible experiences at other motorcycle shops. The employees give me great advice and push me in the proper direction for what I need my motorcycle to operate. I think if youre looking for a local motorcycle shop with nice employees and a straight forward attitude Everything Motorcycles is the place to.

Very bad service.Went to do an oil change and put new tires. Turns out where they do the work is a couple blocks from the store. When I get there, theres a guy (the mechanic) watching movies on his laptop with headphones, who seemed very mad at my arrival and the fact he had to stop watching movies and work on my bike.At the store I was charged a lot of exorbitant fees, for example, I was charged for adjusting the chain but the mechanic told me I shouldnt have been charged for it because thats included with the oil change. Among others.It was my first motorcycle so I was taken advantaged of. Now I wont be coming back.

These guys have been great and gave true customer service. After two really bad experiences with Riva Motorsports and Jm Honda, I took a chance. They were friendly, knowlageable and gave advice they didnt have to.Im very likely to continue my drive from Homestead to see them.

I dont WANT to like this place because I was once overcharged for a tire change by the shop salesperson: 2 hours labor for an EX250. This was back in 2008 though, and the mechanic at the time did inform me of the overcharge. I was told I had a credit in the system but the record was eventually lost.Since then Ive had many positive experiences here and negative ones everywhere else. Ive had my tail fairings installed incorrectly which subsequently scratched them, and lots of buddies with scratched rims and untorqued axle bolts. I should have just stayed here all along.

Just had my Ducati Panigale serviced there. Much cheaper than the dealer, and in my opinion just as good if not better care was given to her. I didnt realize until I got there that one of the service guys is a Ducati Master Tech, and he was able to answer every question I had.

Let met clarify 3 things:1) You can get a refund, Ive had the ability to with no problem, but decided to upgrade my gloves rather than get a refund, just keep the receipt for gods sake.2) Christian, why are you rating your own shop a 5 *? You work there man.3) I would actually give the SHOP a 4 * but more than 5* for the MECHANIC shop. Great, quick, honest good service from the mechanic. Love that guy.Now to the actual review:My husband drove his Yamaha FZ6 there because we wanted to lube and clean chain since it has been raining like a mad man and the chain started to rust. We talked to Danny? (the tan pony tail guy) and he is VERY friendly and nice. He inspected our motorcycle with enthusiasm and told us we had 25% left on front breaks (about a month till needed to be changed), and we had dry rot on the front tire and that needed to be changed asap. He gave us a run down on prices and tire options. We payed about $216 for a higher end tire and the chain clean/lube. We get to the mechanic shop (Danny was going to come with the tire) and we met the mechanic (I forgot his name, the american looking guy) and he inspected our ride.Turns out we needed to actually change the chain and sprocket entirely because the idiot who had this bike changed the sprocket to aluminum and the teeth were already worn and some were actually chipped and that we actually had about 6 months left on the front break. He told us he didnt want us to drive out of his shop without that changed due the hazard factor and meant it in a thoughtful way. So he called up the shop and politely set them straight lol, which was hilarious. Danny charged us for the steel chain/sprocket combo over the phone since he was still at the shop and Mike brought the set to the mechanic. They gave use a discount because of the whole ordeal which was very nice of them and the mechanic got to work.The mechanic was super friendly and funny, he told us great stories but also talked tech to us. He really knows what he is doing and why. Very knowledgeable and for my husband and I, its very hard to find a mechanic we like (for car, motorcycle, anything) He tried to accommodate us with our time constraint (we were supposedly only getting chain clean/lube) and did a great job.Now I will say this. The personnel at the retail shop may not know in depth tech about the motorcycle (they are NOT MECHANICS FOLKS, give them a break!) BUT they do know about their products and are knowledgeable of their INVENTORY. Their mechanic is the tech savvy one okay, you want to talk tech, you talk to him, not the retail personnel. I love those guys because they are honest, they try their best to help you and you are never pressured to buy something. I would recommend this shop.

If you try to reach them over the phone they never pick up. If you try them in person you quickly realize they are not knowledgeable. Oh yes NO REFUNDS!
