Good people and very good prices. It’s a pity they don’t have mandrel pipes so for a major installation I wouldn’t go there but for just a muffler, they suffice.

I went to get my muffler fixed because it came apart and they stole my cadalitic converter and charged me 75$ to weld it together.

Took our Alfa Romeo Giulia 2019 here for a muffler delete. They took the muffler and either sold it or they saythrew it away with out our permission. They never asked if we would like the muffler back and the muffler is well over 1000$ More people were driving in and kept stopping during whole process. Theres a better muffler shop up the street called Castellnos brothers. Go there instead.

Terrible service. Upon investigating the work when I got home, they left four inches of exhaust pipe inside muffler. Instead of expanding the pipe and correctly fitting. I took the car back and the same individual tells me he did not do the job, when he clearly did it and responds to me “I did you a favor”.

Went in for a muffler delete and Javier took care of everything I needed. Was in and out of the shop in less than 30 minutes. Very skilled workers who clearly know what they are doing. Highly recommend

Amazing work! I had a muffler installed in another place, it had an exhaust leak and it rattled like crazy. Caribe Mufflers on the other hand fixed it, muffler sounds great and it fits better with my exhaust. TY Caribe Mufflers.

Never had any contact with these guys before. My 2015 Mustang had one muffler hanging low and needed to be readjusted, a very simple fix. Within 10 minutes Vince had me on my way, didnt even charge me, said it was free!!! I returned 15 minutes later with a dozen donuts to show my appreciation.

Worst customer service ever. They tried to charge me $100 to change a gasket. 4 bolts and a gasket for $100. I confronted them about this absurdly inflated and unreasonable price and they got so upset they tried to fight me. Needless to say this was outrageous.My father use to go to this same place in the 80’s and suggested I go too. I felt so disrespected it made me sick for days. The idea that they can take advantage of people who don’t know better. I strongly suggest no one under any circumstance go to this place.

After my catalytic converter was stolen, my shop recommended Caribe Muffler.They were fast and affordable. Even sounded better than my original original one.Ill probably return in the future if I ever need to change my muffler.

I used to go to them all the time but today that changed. I came over to install a simple exhaust and wanted to charge me 150 dollars. I have gone here before and price for that was about 70-80 dollars. I told them this and they said 150 has always been the price but 120 is the best they could do. They clearly tried to overcharge me and I eneded up going somewhere else for 80 dollars. I speak both English and Spanish fluently but these people only speak Spanish and they were very rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Two thumbs down 👎👎

Súper rude owner and employees. They told me some work at a cheaper price then when the work is done they want to over charge the accorded price. I quote “you can go ahead and find another place that’s it” from the owners mouth then turned around got in his car and screeching tires and making extreme loud noises left. Went to have catalitic installed since I had been doing business with Jim many years had a guy give me estimate on replacing it since I bought the unit guy asked me for 250 just for replacing midas that is the most expensive place asked for 250 with catalytic what a let down what happened to Jim and the great pricing 👎

So a year ago I was referred here because I had a noise. They took a look and it was a missing clamp No Charge so I gave the guy $15. I just went back because of an exhaust sound and odor in the car $15. Another great local establishment no upsell just integrity.

Honest people and fast service without any bullcrap. I took my 2002 Firebird there fully expecting to fork over at least a couple hundred for a new muffler. Instead, they tell me its something much simpler and take care of it in five minutes for $25. I couldnt be happier. Ive accepted that in this day and age, things are much more complicated (and expensive) than they need to be. Not so here.

I overtightened some glasspacks, took it to them expecting to be raped on the price.The owner took a look, busted out a torch, gently removed them and took care to realign the ends, never seen this kinda skill that comes with experience.He gave me a really low price, and gave him a tip, I dont usually tip but these guys deserve it. No BS.

My mechanic told me I needed to replace my catalytic converter. I came here to have them do it and they informed me that there is nothing wrong with it instead of swindling me out of money needlessly. Very honest people here.

I called to get a quote for Flowmaster installed on my Silverado and they told me $250. CALL AROUND. This place is EXPENSIVE!! It is the MOST EXPENSIVE price Ive gotten by far. Average price is $175 FYI.

Paid almost $500 to replace both catalytic of my car and 4 months later one of them started to make a noise, so I went there to ask what was the noise and if they could fix it, and the first thing they told me was that they wouldnt give a refund (I didnt ask for one) and that they dont do the job on the catalytic, (which they were the ones who put it) very rude with me, so I went with Castellanos and problem solved, much much better service and cheap too.
