In the process of a kitchen remodel. I stopped at all the box store in area looking for kitchen appliances. Became very frustrated with their lack of product knowledge and limited stock on floor to look at. Stopped at Appliance Factory in Miamisburg …what a difference! The staff was very knowledgeable and eager to help me put a kitchen suite together. Very happy with the choices and looking forward to receiving them!!

Our experience here was nothing but positive. Our sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. They had what we needed in stock and delivered it quickly. The price was slightly higher than another store’s sales price which they gladly met once I shared the advertisement. Will definite shop here again.

Mark was knowledgeable about their products. They had what we wanted which was in stock. A lot of places didnt have many upright freezers to look at and would take a long time to get one. Unfortunately you cant leave a zero rating. They stung me and I should have paid more attention to the F and D+ rating they have on BBB sites in Dayton and Columbus.The owner response is yet another attempt to hide the facts. Regardless of what I saved you owe me money. You created the rebate independent of the price or shipping. Then you dont send the rebate. You keep talking about customer service and reaching out to me and for what? You have not honored your documented and approved rebate. And I have called your corporate office, came back to the store, contacted your company on social media, called your company President hotline and nothing has happened and I dont have my rebate. So quit your rhetoric about customer service. A bunch of paid reviewers and some who are your employees is not proof of anything. Honor your commitment and give me my rebate.

Start here, don’t waste time going elsewhere. Ask for Mark; he did a phenomenal job helping us find a washer and dryer. We told him what we were looking for and our price range, he stuck to that wonderfully, didn’t try to upsell us, and was kind and professional throughout. If you want to experience horrible customer service and extended delays in receiving items you ordered, by all means shop here.  We ordered 5 kitchen appliances from this place in June 2020.  Took 4 months to receive any of the appliances, and by July 2021 we were STILL waiting for the final appliance to be delivered.  Were told the reason was manufacturing delays due to Covid, which is understandable up to a point.But what was so unacceptable was the complete lack of customer service.  If a store makes customers wait this long, that store should be contacting the customer on a regular basis (say, monthly) to keep them updated on when their appliances will be in.  NEVER DID THIS HAPPEN.  We always had to call the store, and proceeded to get the runaround most of the time.  Being told oh, we dont know the status, but well check and call you back, then almost never getting a call back.  The couple of times we did speak to an employee who seemed to know or care about our order, that didnt last long because next time we called back we were told they dont work here any more, so we were back to square one trying to find out what was going on.  Last straw was being told the final appliance we were waiting on, ordered in Jun 2020, MIGHT be in by 1 Oct 2021 -- 16 months later.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!So I ordered a fridge from them and it was a complete nightmare! The first time they tried to deliver the fridge they brought the complete wrong model. The second time they brought the fridge it was completely damaged and that’s not how the fridge was when I saw it in store. The third time that they tried to deliver it their truck broke down and they couldn’t deliver it.Those were three days that I took off work unpaid and they failed to deliver every time! After all of that they finally got it delivered and told me that they would give me 10% off and I have yet to hear from anyone! I deserve to have a complete refund! Please take your business somewhere else and do not allow them to continue missing deliveries!!!

UPDATE: So Jesse and I actually spoke on the phone 5 days before he posted his response. He was apologetic and I appreciated that, he offered to deliver my washing machine the next day. As I told him, Big Sandys is already delivering my washing machine the next day. It was Big Sandys price that Appliance Factory was attempting to match (not the other way around). As I mentioned to Jesse, I wouldnt have left a bad review had they responded when I left a complaint on the presidents hotline. I appreciate that Appliance Factory apologized for their sales rep calling me a liar. I gave Appliance Factory a chance, they blew it, I tried to give them a chance to fix it (presidents hotline), they blew it. Bottom line for me, Big Sandys had the better deal in the first place and they treated me with respect.ORIGINAL POST: I called to get a price on a Speed Queen washing machine, when Appliance Factorys price was higher and their delivery wasnt free I asked them if theyd match Big Sandys, they said yes. When I called back they said they called Big Sandys and accused me of lying about free delivery. Perhaps you have to spend a certain amount to qualify for free delivery, they obviously didnt ask. Appliance Factory charges $70 less a $40 gift card, so for $30 you alienated a customer. If this sales rep worked for me, Id fire him.

GO. INTO. THE. STORE.I bought a stove and microwave from these guys a few month before COVID and they were awesome, great to work with, friendly, beat big box store prices.Fast forward to last week. I need a washing machine, these guys were great, so Ill just order online and have it delivered.The website is run by completely different people. I dont even know how theyre the same company.TL:DR They(Web sales not this physical store) charged my card, then forgot to deliver the appliance.Made the order on the 5th delivery was set for the 8th, Awesome. 8th comes and goes, not even a call, I call them on the 9th with my order confirmation number. They say oh that model is out of stock, would you like to upgrade to the next one up for 75$, sure I guess, how soon can it be delivered? He says Ill call you later with time and date. Cool. No contact until I call them on the 11th to ask, hey wheres my washer? Oh it looks like the actual order wasnt pushed out to the local warehouse, Ill get it done today. Now its the 12th, still no call. I call them again, what is the status of my order? They have no idea, calls me back and says oh I can have it out to you the 17th... bull$*!% give me a refund...Cant wait for this refund to not get processed so I can call them again.

My husband and I recently purchased a refrigerator, gas oven, dishwasher, and microwave from Appliance Factory. We bought all Whirlpool appliances because of their well known reputation. Greg and Delaney were a huge help in the buying and installation processes. Both employees were very knowledgeable and kind!! They made sure to keep in mind our preferences when recommending appliances. We had a slight hiccup with the delivery process to our home, but Delaney made sure everything worked out and we were satisfied. I would highly recommend shopping for appliances here!

I had a great buying experience. They matched competitors prices and looked for manufacturer discounts that saved me big money. If you are looking for an appliance, stop in and see Shane. He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions honestly. No pressure salesman.

Shane did an amazing job. I came in looking for a scratch-and-dent refrigerator and found exactly what I wanted, for $500 less than any other store. He also made sure none of the scratches or dents were on the front of the refrigerator (sides are fine since my refrigerator sits in a wall alcove). Shane also answered all of my questions (and there were a lot of them!) and was very responsive to follow-up calls.Unfortunately, my delivery was missed by 20 minutes and had to be rescheduled. Shane did his best to accommodate a new delivery date and contacted the shipping department so that I did not need to.Overall great experience (despite the shipping mix-up). I will be ordering from them again in the future!

I was a little leery buying from a discount store, but I have to admit.. amazing service, GREAT selection of product at awesome pricing and an amazing warranty and returns policy. I was a little discouraged by the front of the building, thinking it was going to be a rip-off scam type of business. I went inside and was totally blown away. I was greeted and helped efficiently. Delaney and Steve were incredible. They didnt sell me anything- they educated me so I could make the informed decision. They refused to be undersold and they werent. In just buying a home, we needed a lot- we got a great deal on all of our appliances- kitchen and washer/dryer, as well as a new adjustable bed. I would not hesitate to refer others to them and I actually have. They were easy to work with, very user friendly and make the whole shopping experience easy.

I purchased a window ac unit from Steve and he was fantastic! After calling 3-4 different places he was able to offer me a significantly better price than any competitor.
