Pretty good selection, but they are more expensive than competitors.

This place was okay. I went here to get some paper and some adhesive for a project. The staff were helpful. The prices were affordable. Everybody seem to be friendly. And the cashiers found a discount for me. The location is decent. They keep the place pretty clean. If you are in the area and looking for crafts material, this is a good place to consider.

I came in to find a specific item that said was in stock at the store online. We came in and was unable to find the item. Debbie went above and beyond to help me find this item. Looking all over the store and went back to the back and went through 4+ skids to find the item for us. Her and the staff were great and was really appreciated!

Amazing store! Has everything a crafty person could possibly want. However, I miss A.C. Moores! The prices were so much better.

Love it. Love their selection and clearance items. A little annoyed that unless you have a coupon, some things seem overpriced to me. Addicted to Diamond Art. Fun to do, but a little pricey.

Due to Covid, I suspect, store inventory is not what it used to be. It is better to order online for curbside or home delivery unless you want to wander around the store. They used to have beautiful wreaths, but the selection is slim.

Im a paper artist. They have tons of varied, beautiful, premium cardstock and paper at great prices! In addition to GREAT customer service. I adore Michaels!

Horrible, called Police, ordered online, but it was at a different store Spent 49 the day before. Went in, girl told me wrong section. The Black woman stated she was trying to get me arrested, I have a 100000 bank. Account. Im disabled, this store is being sued now. They actually said they were trying to affect my disability. I believe they should be in jail. Im turning them into DOJ.

Found just what I needed.

Good sales. Not as big of a selection as other Michaels stores, but still decent. At least its not Hobby Lobby.

Staff was super friendly. Went to get some canvases, while on sale, stock seemed low, had some empty shelf spots so all the canvases I wanted werent available, but also had some I didnt know about. It was close to the end of the day, but the store seemed rather unorganized and messy.

Great sales and great service at the checkout. However finding someone to help you on the floor is almost impossible and they can never give you a straight answer. They never know where the item is that youre looking for and if they do they just tell you the vicinity of where its at. 9 times or of 10... youre not going to find it and youre better off going elsewhere or purchasing it online somewhere.

Great selection on yarn, decorations and craft supplies!! They always do awesome framing for me and my mom!!

I hadnt been in this store for years because of poor customer service. It was interesting to see all of the changes and I was disappointed that I couldnt find a tape measure during my visit.The employee that I asked told me what aisles to check and even assisted me after noticing me going down all the aisles.On each visit theres only been one register open and it seemed to take a long time before another one was opened.Ill go a few more times before trying another location or a different craft store.

WOW! I went hoping to gather materials to make my own wreath and it looked like they were going out of business rather than stocking up for the holiday season.We promptly went to hobby lobby and found everything we needed!I dont know whats going on but their coupons have reduced in discount amount, their prices are high and their selection is pitiful!

Found some good deals and saved even more with my coupon .

Store did a great job of keeping carts clean but most were in disrepair and while walking down the center aisles there is not a lot of room to get past.. i had to go a different route just to get the cart through so poor planning on the floor plan but what made it worth the 3 star was just how many decorations were there to choose from.. I cant wait for their Halloween decorations to arrive

I love this store. They have just about anything and more you can craft with or decorate. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time go shopping cause you will need it to get through each isle to see so you dont miss anything!! Plus employees are real attentive and will help you find what you are looking for

This store was Massively crowded. There was no space to be socially distant and customers had 2 registers to check out. Granting that they cannot anticipate the crowds, they still have no spacing or enforcement of wearing masks. Still have great prices and sales.

Ordered item online at 10am. Stopped in at 2pm without email that item was ready for pick up, that is okay. When I asked about order they said it was not ready and two days behind. I asked if I could go pull the items myself, the team member walked back to where product should be. The items were not in stock. I would have been waiting two days to find out they did not have items.

Good variety of craft supplies at decent prices if you coupon cut.

Curbside pick up is very unorganised. Double checking your order is a must. The reason I selected this option was to get the inventory they had on hand. But this is not the case. I do not recommend online shopping. The customer service is really snooty at this location. Actually treated me like I was stupid.So I recommend researching your own questions if you have to go to this location.

Called before i went and asked about soap making supplies. They assured me that they had all i needed to make my own soap. They were correct but the supply was limited and most pegs of scent were empty. The melt and pour was limited as well. Most of it seemed to be load with stuff i was trying to avoid. I passed. Ill be buying online from a soap store. Otherwise, good selection of a bunch of other stuff.

Looked like a warehouse inside. This was the first time Id been in this store in years and its definitely gone down. I went in for a specific kind of yarn and their selection was sad.

They have the best art supplies in the area. The staff is friendly and they seem to enjoy their jobs. They will stop what theyre doing and lead you directly to what you want. And if you forget your coupons, they apply them anyway. Good store.

Horrible customer service. They answer the phone only to tell you they are not open and can not help you. It takes them 2-3 days just to fill an online order of just 3 items. The store is always a mess and the lines are always long. I miss ACMoore. This store sucks.
