Had dropped of my Explorer to have the door replaced and mirror replaced. Was quoted one week, they had my Explorer for a Month. The same day I get it back it’s raining, the brand new door is leaking water all over in my truck. My door panel is soaked and so is my floor board. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very nice people. Took a little longer than expected and the bumper we had painted looks good on the exposed areas but when you open the trunk that part of the bumper you can see then is a little blotchy.

The manager, Jason, was extremely professional and worked with me to get a new door handle and paint touch up some on my car. The price was significantly lower than expected and I am overall pleased with the work done on it.

The work was excellent! Cant tell there was any damage to the bumper at all. And was done on time and at estimates cost. I recommend.

The work was a tad more difficult than first expected, but we were kept apprised of what was being done to resolve before the weekend. It turns out we needed some related follow-up and were able to get in Monday so the tech could take time to review on own. The level of communication maintained was a big help in scheduling how we needed to proceed.

The Interstate Ford Collision Center does excellent work. My 2017 Mustang was damaged in a storm a few weeks ago, and I figured the damaged panels would need replaced. They were able to save the panels, and you cant tell where the dents were. I highly recommend Interstate Fords collision department.

Great customer service. The paint and body manager helped me fit and install my tailgate for my Ford F-150 pickup. Went there for a estimate, he installed it in seconds and said no charge.
