Service Advisor Tim Beal explained the status of my vehicle in detail and even offered cost savings solutions for non-urgent repairs. The Service Department at Interstate Ford is so good, that I purchased a new 2019 Ford Edge there and have a 2022 Ford Bronco Sport on order, to replace the Honda. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I had Interstate Ford replace my starter on my 2015 F150. Had it towed in for service was told it would be five days before they could service my vehicle. After 2 days Nick the service attendant called and told me that they could run a diagnostic test to determine my problem. It was indeed my starter and also checked my battery as well. Patrick, did a fine job handling my Transmission emergency. Though they were busy with appointment customers I think they did their best to get my vehicle warranty repairs complete. In addition, Brooke and Kendra were both of great help with my car rental.
Great service! Service was on time and Kayla came up to the waiting area and advised i needed to have the air filter changed. She then came back up when the service was completed. I was in some pain because of a back problem and I appreciated Kayla taking the time to come and get me so i did not have to go downstairs to check on status.

While the repairs took a little longer than anticipated (not a huge issue as we have a back up vehicle and part of the hold up was us), the service outweighed the inconvenience. Nick provided daily (sometimes multiple times a day) updates and was quick to respond. Ultimately I was pleased with the service and would bring my car(s) back in the future!

Shaun P. is an awesome service representative. He explains things in detail and goes above and beyond to help with any problems, including showing me how to set up my Iphone link to the car. He stated if there are any problems anytime, or cant figure out how to use some of the features, to call or text him. He responds to texts almost immediately! He has been most helpful and it has been easy to make appointments.

Had to get an audio control module replace in my Ford hybrid because the battery kept dying.The part originally shipped to them didnt work so they reordered one and had it expedited for delivery.So far so good on the car right now.The service department was very good on communicating as well.
Went in for the Works Vehicle Checkup and was promptly taken care of. Very nice waiting area with big screen TV. When I was called that my vehicle was ready, I didnt realize that it was pouring down rain. My service advisor Kayla Stiver had someone bring my car back into the garage so I wouldnt get wet. She was very friendly and professional. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness in doing that.
The passenger side mirror had to be replaced on our 2019 F150 that was just purchased from Kings Toyota on Saturday. The truck mirror was damaged by Kings Toyota during wash before we owned. They initially said we had to bring it back to them to get repaired. We live in Miamisburg and asked if Interstate could repair. After working with Service Manager at Kings Toyota, he worked with Maggie, Service Manager, Interstate Ford and she got us in the very next day and provided Top Notch Customer Service! We are very pleased! We have purchased numerous vehicles from Interstate and will continue. The experience with Kings was not a pleasant experience.Maggie was Great!

First time using Interstate Ford for service. I’ve been looking for a good reliable service center. I live a couple of miles from Germain Ford in Beavercreek but there is no way I would take my vehicle there for service. Interstate Ford was very easy to work with. I made my appointment online and received a phone call a couple minutes later. They confirmed what I needed and adjusted the appointment because my F-350 is diesel and they needed to ensure a diesel tech was available. Shaun Paulos was the service advisor and was very helpful. I requested new batteries (truck takes two) and diagnostics for a check engine light. They diagnosed the issue and got back with me a couple hours later. Once I approved the repair, they ordered the required parts and finished the job.

I had an appointment at 3pm to get an oil change in my 2016 Escape on January 14th, I arrived a little before 3 and it took almost an hour and 30 minutes just to get an oil change.Also there was 4 women in waiting area and the TV was on ESPN, good thing I brought something to read.

If you go here make sure if they dont offer you the road hazard protection you ask for it.heads up most places give it for free.this place wont even bring it up.i assumed stupidly on my end they d be like everyone else and let ya know it wasnt free or at least offer it to you if it wasnt.for an extra 26.00 apparently per tire you can have it from them.who would say no to not having to worry about a nail or bolt or PC glass ruining your brand new tire and having to replace it for 200.00 plus.i sure wouldnt have said no to that but I found today after picking up a nail in my tire I didnt have the road hazard on my tires.my fault I guess I shouldnt have expected them to let me know I needed to purchase it.i shouldnt have expected for free like some places have done.i spent 1807.00 dollars and now Im about to spend another 200.00 plus dollars for another new tire to replace the one thats 4 months old and has had about 1500 miles put on it.again my fault for not finding out.so dont you be the same way and think all tire places are the same cause apparently they arent.i will say this for not letting me know it was an option and not offering it to me like I feel they should have it will be the last 1800.00 I spend with them.i should have went back to Jeff pohlman in middletown like I did the last few times.so Im just sayin when you go get tires do not forget to ask about the road hazard warranty from whoevers you go to.26 bucks when you buy em beats 20 some bucks any time you have a flat.over 26 bucks theyve lost a good customer.im sure the money theyd have made off me wont be missed by them and they wont care but like I said if you go there dont let em leave you in the dark too.ya ll have a nice day and good luck in all your dealings with the way almost all companies are run anymore.poorly.

I was very pleased with Interstate Fords service they did on my Ford Explorer, I was having issues with my transmission. I worked with Patrick and he kept me posted during the time my car was in service. I was issued a rental until my car was ready to be picked up!
