I pick up alcohol from here regularly. They always have what I want. They are fast and efficient. If I buy a larger quantity of bottles they dont give me a hard time about a box and actually offer me a box instead of me having to ask unlike some other places.I prefer efficiency, knowledgeable staff, and minimal small talk so they are perfect for me. When I do say something small talk ish they are polite. I appreciate that.

Service was very friendly. I stopped by to pick up a winning prize, and the stock was full of a nice variety of alcohol, so Ill probably be back to restock

One of the finest establishments of its kind that I have ever patronized. They are always courteous and know their products well. I have been patronizing them for years. I usually buy top shelf brands and they inivariably have whatever I ask for. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are tops in my book.

Yes I was a pretty nice place to pick up a little drink for Valentines Day. Pretty convenient for anyone staying in Miamisburg.

I found the staff almost annoyed to be there. Less then enthused to answer my questions. But in there defense, I witnessed a woman without a mask come in on her cellphone and she was asked to put on a mask but she was so selfishly caught up talking she didnt care what was asked of her. Self entitlement and self imposed importance to the determent of those around her. I think Id be fairly freakin annoyed, too. And I was only in there minutes. I take back my initial statement, theyre freakin saints! Im still annoyed by that woman. And they are open how many hours a day??? Lets thank them. They have the option of only using their drive thru. Dealing with the public these days cannot be easy.

Ive been going to this place a lot since working in the area. Ill never go back no matter how inconvenient it may be. I was requested to leave the premises today for not wearing a mask WHILE INSIDE MY VEHICLE. Im not participating in the coronavirus hoax.

Most disrepectful place. Been going there for a year literally everyday. Well today i went in and the manager says you need a mask. I said, in my car, he said yes. Im like I just want to my a pack of cigarettes. He says well I cant serve you if you dont have a mask. Ended up finding one in my car and I out it on my mouth with my hand and tried to hand him my cc. He said do you have to make this difficult? ...ok you can leave. Worst customer service.

Terrible customer service from a girl named Deja. She tried to make me leave the drive thru and refused to sell to me after telling me I had to wear a mask in MY CAR and me asking why... (while actually wearing my mask). Awful. Won’t ever go back.

Good prices, convenient beer and liquor. They can be a little more strict with customers that sit and block traffic longer than reasonable. Ive sat in line 20 minutes before, blocked in so couldnt get out, while customer sat and chatted

Employees seem to be in a huge hurry even when the place is empty. If they werent rushing you in and out the place would be great. The selection is good for whatever you might need if they let you look around.

Have been going there for years buying my favorite beer, Yuengling 12 pack bottles. My better half picked up some brought home as soon as we opened drank one we both knew something was wrong. The taste was like the batch was bad or not properly stored rancid and stale. Looked at the production date on the bottle and only a few weeks old. Drove back to The Odd house to explain something was wrong but they did not care and stated they do not return anything no matter what the reason. They need to do a better job of taking care of the products they sell and buyer beware. I will no longer patronize there business in the future.

Small store thats nice if you want something quick and local. Selection is ok, but dont expect what you would get at a large store. Attached drive thru is nice for quick pickups of miscellaneous items. The parking lot is difficult to get in and out of at pretty much anytime of day due to its location.
