My husband and I are currently redoing our kitchen with Andy at Select Kitchens Design. Hes very nice and has had some great recommendations. Im very surprised to see some of these bad reviews but I do agree with one reviewer saying the person at the front desk isnt very friendly (because she definitely doesnt have a good personality or is she polite). I will update my post with pictures once our kitchen is complete!UPDATE: Our kitchen is complete and we are very happy with all the work that Andy did to make sure we had a perfect kitchen! We did have a few little issues with our glass doors and they took care of them and now everything looks great! When we go to do our bathrooms we will absolutely be coming here for our cabinets! Great to work with Tiffany and Shawn. My bar is beautiful- from top to bottom. The floor, cabinets, granite, backsplash and stonework all turned out wonderful. I get compliments all the time. I could not be happier. I would recommend them to anyone!

We were looking to add a built-in desk area in our kitchen. We wanted the cabinets to compliment our current kitchen. Tiffany worked with us to find the right color/finish and style of cabinetry that works perfectly. She gave us multiple layouts and design options. She ordered all the material necessary to complete the job. I know that if left on my own, I would have neglected to order some of the trim pieces needed. Great experience.Update...at Tiffany’s suggestion we purchased our granite countertop (New Venetian Gold) to match the Slate Cherry cabinets. We are very happy.Buying custom anything takes patiences for all parties. If you want it fast go to a big box store, but be prepared to have multiple trips and it to look like every other house in your neighborhood. We came in with one idea and left with a different plan that we will be happy with for years to come.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and purchased a new island from Select Kitchen. We were hosting a party at our house and needed it ordered and installed within 5 weeks. Matt came to our house and we designed the island. Mark was helpful when I called with questions. Shawn wasalso great to work with. He installed the cabinets in time for the party and even came back to install the hardware that I did not get in time for the initial installation. My party was a success and my island is beautiful! Overall a great experience!

Tiffany from KBD was awesome. There was no pressure from a sales perspective and she really helped us to make design choices that fit our budget. When there was an issue with one of the cabinets not being what was expected, she worked diligently to provide several alternatives and solve the problem. I highly recommend using her!

My entire experience with SKD was so fun. Tiffany, our designer, spent hours brainstorming and designing about a million different layouts for our old kitchen. It took us forever to make up our minds, but she was incredibly patient. She figured out exactly what to order once we chose a design and she helped us get the biggest bang for our buck. As we installed them, she helped us attend to every detail and solve the problems that arise with old homes. In fact, she managed some of that via text while she was in India!!! Thats service. Her style is clean and crisp and her eye for detail is top notch. I couldnt imagine a better experience with Tiffany and with Select. I am in LOVE with my new kitchen and I couldnt have done it without them.

We have done several projects with Select Kitchen Design. We worked with Dave Shirk in every project. He is a true professional. From the design aspect to sending us samples. Dave designed an island that was actually 17 feet long. It was perfect for our home. We have done house flip projects with Dave as well and the kitchens all turned out incredibly. Thank you Dave for your expertise. If you are doing a cabinet project, Dave Shirk is the right man for the job.

I went to Select Kitchen Design because I wanted an opportunity to look at large-scale samples of Cambria countertops for a kitchen remodel I am doing in my vacation home in Arizona. The store had quite a number of slabs available on site which was very helpful. But the best part of the experience was consulting with designer Tiffany Chambers. She was highly knowledgeable about quartz countertops and the features of the Cambria brand. She asked intelligent questions about my Arizona home and my style preferences. She then helped me select a countertop that would complement the wood stain on my cabinets and be timelessly appropriate -- paving the way to a great kitchen design and ensuring future resale value for my home. Cant say enough about how much I appreciated her expertise or her kind help.

Wish we listened to the other review! We will not recommend to anyone.We are working with the West Chester location. So much has been wrong or delayed. The cabinets sat in our garage for nearly a month before an installer could come. Then, as installation begins, its realized that multiple cabinets are the wrong measurements, dont fit, & will need to be replaced. A very frustrating few months without a kitchen.

Misleading pricing. Careless staff. We came in with demensions, knew exactly what we wanted, and were ready to buy that day. However, they denied their advertised rate and nobody could give us an explanation. If youre looking to update your current kitchen, this is not the place for you. The manager even told us that over 60% of their business is new construction. They made us feel unworthy, unwelcomed, and as if we were bothering them.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!We contracted with them to remodel our master bathroom using cultured marble in MARCH. As I write this review on September 3rd - more than FIVE MONTHS later - our project remains unfinished! We have endured excuse after excuse, finger-pointing, numerous broken promises, outright lies, and utter disregard. In addition, some items were removed from our home and have yet to be returned. This experience has been extremely frustrating and completely unprofessional.

Spent 20k on cabinets and countertops for our Loveland home. Ended up in the middle of a battle between installer and company. Install plans were screwed up. Truth issues and disorganized. I had to dispute financing. Ended up releasing financing to be done with them. Still finding issues and parts not completed. Very sad. They did provide 500.00 in kitchen storage items but certainly not equal to the issues and remorse we are having for using them.

I am confirming they have an attitude and they lie about pricing. Thanks to the poor reviews we did not complete the sale.
