Ordered from them a while back. I spent a good amount of money for the three pack and the hot sauce is extremely mild. Its advertised as something that is spicy but tastes like vinegar

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order for Spontaneous Ignition back in April and received no confirmation of my order. I quickly emailed the company and got a direct response from the owner saying my order had been placed and I would receive a confirmation email in a few days. Of course this never came, but the money for the order did come out of my account. Cue several weeks of attempting to call and email and getting no reply from anyone at this company. Ive given up on ever getting my sauce, I just want to warn others before they get ripped off too.

On 3/14, I placed an order for a bottle of Crazy Uncle Jesters Spontaneous Ignition. I didnt hear anything from the company and the order status had not been updated, so I contacted the company by e-mail on 4/5. I also left a voicemail at their main phone number. I received no response to either.On 4/20, I called the main number again and spoke with Jeff Stevenson directly. He apologized that the order had not been filled, promised to fill the order, and thanked me for allowing him to fix the issue. I received an e-mail reply on the same day with the following:Thank you for your recent order and the voicemail you left. I apologize for the error in fulfillment. I have repackaged your order and am including a sample of our Wholly Smokes! Ghost Chile Dry Rub. The sample is enought to make our BBQ Onion Cheeseburger Dip found at [URL]. Please enjoy it with my compliments. We realize that you have a choice. We are pleased that you chose Uncle Jesters Fine Foods. Regards, Uncle Jester (Jeff)The order was subsequently marked as Shipped and an USPS tracking code was generated. The item was never shipped, however, and on 5/2, I e-mailed the company again and received no response.On 5/4, I called them again, and once again spoke with Jeff, who once again assured me that it would be fixed and thanked me for giving him the opportunity to make it right.It is now 6/4, almost three full months since I placed my order, and I have still not received my order, and it has still NOT EVEN SHIPPED according to the USPS tracking. I e-mailed once again on 5/14 (and also submitted a ticket on the website) warning the company that I will be filing a complaint against them if my order was not shipped within 24 hours and, once again, they did not respond.At this point, I have no choice but to contact my credit card company to have the charges reversed. I have given Jeff and Crazy Uncle Jesters many many chances to make this right, I was looking forward to trying their products, and I am gravely disappointed in my experience with this company. I cannot recommend them to anyone.

I ordered Spontaneous Combustion from them and after a couple of weeks and a follow up call the order had still not been placed. I called again and this time the owner answered while he was in the factory. I told him what was going on and not only did he personally fill the order, but he added in a free bottle of his Carribean/Louisiana Special Reserve. Both sauces were phenomenal, cant wait to order more.

There is too many issues going on in this company and the owner is the only person to handle anything.They were suppose to process my spices almost 2 months ago, I had to keep calling inquiring about prices and samples they were suppose to have shipped to me the first week in June, I havent got them yet. I called today and inquired why he did not call me back last week or check on the samples he was suppose to have shipped 2 week ago, nothing but Im sorry excuses. I told him dont worry about it, Ill find another company. I wouldnt recommend them to any one.

Some of the best sauce youll find anywhere around. Love the sauces.

DO NOT ORDER!!!!I can only confirm the experiences of the previous reviews. My order status is on awaiting fulfilment for two weeks now and every attempt to contact the company by phone and skype has failed. This is so frustrating, I wish I had read these reviews first.

Been waiting a month for my order to ship. The one response I did get from jeff said that a sauce i didnt eveb order was on backorder, I responded I didnt order that sauce, he said oh, well that is in stock and will ship this afternoon that was 2 weeks ago....avoid Ill be going through my credit card or paypal for a refund

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Ive had the same experience as everyone else here. Theyll take your money and never deliver. I called, emailed, and tried to discover what happened to my order but was met with radio silence. I lived their sauces but if you want my advice, report them to BBB.

I would leave NO stars if I could. Placed an order end of May, have emailed and called numerous times to inquire about the where-abouts of my order, no response to anything. AND no sauce. Have to dispute with cc company now. Ridiculous, rip-off company.
