Very helpful person running the store. Delicious chocolates. And I was most happy that they have some sugar free chocolates!

The sales lady was abundantly happy. Helpful and knowledgeable. Great price for the confections and chocolates. Wish Fannie Meas was in Indianapolis.

The dark chocolate, vanilla creams continue to melt in my mouth. My visiting daughter and and our granddaughters always request to come here, for souvenirs!

The hot chocolate is fantastic. A more milky, rich counterpart to Starbucks. Highly recommend. You also can’t go wrong with the Trinidads and Mint Meltaways. The vanilla butter creams are too sweet IMO.

Just had the rudest experience. Lifelong customer here. Every holiday and then some. Im not ugly, mean, or stinky, but Katie could not have been more unfriendly or impersonal. She was so busy chatting with her co-worker and the customer she was waiting on, she barely gave me the time of day. I ordered a 1lb box of a mix of pixies and chocolate covered cherries. It took forever for her to pack it, as her attention was not on me. She didnt even offer me a buttercream sample like the other custoners were given. When she rang me up, she couldnt remember what Id ordered! I left feeling very unvalued and really ticked off. Not cool, Katie. Not a good way to treat your customers.

Due to COVID-19 this location is curbside. I was BEYOND impressed. I called my order in 4/28/2020. The sales associate was absolutely delightful.Fannie May has gone above and beyond to protect their employees and customers.The associate was in a mask and changed into new gloves EVERY order she walked out.Thank you... You have had my business for YEARS and will continue to support.

Wonderful staff and plenty of parking. This store is one of our must-stops when were visiting family in Michigan City. Every time Ive been in there, the staff members have been so helpful without being pushy. The prices are a bit high if youre not used to them, but they do have good sales. The chocolate tastes great too.

Top notch chocolates! Twice a year we travel up north to visit family and we have to buy Fannie May Chocolates on every trip. Their quality is unbelievable!

Fannie May candy is best when bought from its outlet stores. The candy bought online or drug stores is not nearly as good.

Great Store for Quality Chocolate.

I love the Trinidad truffles here, so I had to make a special stop! The service was excellent - helpful, friendly, etc. There was no one else in the store at all while I was there, and the location doesnt seem busy. Store was clean and organized, and I was able to find what I wanted promptly. Prices were fine, but as a treat.

I drove over 20 miles to get Dixies not Pixies. They are friendly and they have something for you to sample always. Give your email and get coupons. Ingredients are high level.

Make sure you stop by, greeted with a sample, smile and respect.

Not as good as I remembered. I treated myself to Dixies and Caramels with nuts. Not chewy at all, only crumbly. At $30 a pound....yuck!! Kilwins is much better.
