Ive always loved GameStop and raised two waves of kids who felt the same way, but things are definitely changing at the stores. There is less merchandise, with prompts to look on the website for more selection. The bulk of the used systems and games have been removed. Last time I was at Gamestop, my son bought a Funko pop figure.

The times i have gone in, staff was rude, unhelpful, and honestly a bit misogynistic. Would recommend heading to a different store if youd really like to give gamestop business.

We went there to redeem points for a game but we were having problems doing that on the app. We end up going there and whoever was working tonight 1/31/21 not only helped us but showed us a alternative way to redeem them as well. Very happy and will be back without a doubt

Ryan is amazing as usual, quick in and out and got everything I needed.

After completing an order for a PS4 controller that said was in stock I got a email saying it was on back order. I waited 2 weeks still no controller. I had to cancel my order and place an order else where.

Kyle was the worst help ever . Called ahead to explain the remotes are broken and have my Protection plans checked. So i went out to switch them out only for him to tell me now i need the exact box they came in because he cant switch the boxes with the replacements. So he wants people to come back out durning a pandemic for a replacement that he could of done. Worst service ever. But didnt really expect much from this location anyway. No manager to call and was on his power trip of being a D

Well as you would know it not much going on. The selection was very limited. You can tell these stores are mainly online now. It could be cleaner dust everywhere.

Had a preorder of final fantasy 15 from YEARS ago stuck in limbo in Delaware. The guys here not only went out of their way to help, but they finally got the Delaware store to release my money back to me. I had been trying with no success for years since moving, and the two gentlemen working really went out of their way to fight for me and get my money back. Where other GameStop stores just threw their hands up and said you’re screwed sorry. I love this shop and the workers here, not only did they do this but every time I go in it’s like talking to an old friend, they are kind, helpful, and definitely don’t try to force you into buying. They are just gamers like everyone else. I love this store.

The young man behind the counter was very knowledgeable. I being a nongaming grandmother was lost on what I needed to buy for 3 young men on my list. I explained the few things Id heard the grandsons say about their games and he suggested what to get and it was a hit!!!

The employees at this store dont try to pressure you into the same thing over and over like other stores. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They will go the extra and help you find a game if the dont have it in their store. I like the crew at this store a lot and the atmosphere here. By far the best GameStop Ive ever been to.

Gamestop is better than people give then credit for. You can always trust that what you get will work, and you can actually get pretty decent deals when it comes to pre owned items.Their only downfall is that you will get much less than an item is worth when you trade it in, but I dont know what people are expecting when they sell through a middle man.The staff is always really helpful and friendly wherever I go, and I usually end up staying longer than planned getting wrapped up I conversation.

Not my favorite place. I go in and look for pops and other collectables every now and again but most of the time its the same guy in there and nothing inside has changed. They get new items last and it looks more like a mom and pop store then a franchise. I drive elsewhere for my business.

Went to get a Wii U controller. Bring it home, doesn’t work. Bring it back to the store and they give me a new one. I ask if they can test it in store.... somehow they can’t. So I bring it home and the new controller doesn’t work either. I bring it back as well as my own charger. They give me a new controller, we test it, doesn’t work lol. So we just leave with Mario Bro’s Wii U. This part may surprise you because it’s inconsistent with the rest of my story (just kiddin) and the game doesn’t work.They finally redirect me to Game Changers across the street. The horrible experience was almost worth it to learn about Game Changers, that store is incredible.Side note: I’ve sent 5 emails to Gamestop corporate and called twice about the experience just to inform them and have been 100% ignored
