I had worked with Meyer Glass in the past when I was building four separate homes and that went ok, but in the latest experience was definitely negative. Our contractor dropped off a window frame to be replaced and when he went to pick it up they told him that someone else picked it up. This is odd since there is nobody else I know who would pick it up. It seems that Meyer Glass lost our window (or gave it to someone else) and refuses to do anything to help fix the situation. The attitude of their representative was essentially that it is not here and this is your problem. She attempted to deny any responsibility. Apparently Meyer Glass does not care at all about their customers.I will definitely not work with them again and would never recommend Meyer Glass.

Not a good experience at all! If you have any other option or estimate take it!1st it takes 5 weeks just to get sliding glass door glass in for my occupied rental .. then no one calls me when it does come in .. and when I call to see if it’s in,, the store had no idea, I had to talk to estimator/ installer,, who was not there, I was sent to voice mail 2 days later I got call back,, he says, yeah the glass has been sitting here for a while?!! And he can’t install it next week because he’s on vacation ?!! (Like there’s know one else’s that can do it??) three more weeks go buy, he gets it installed but damages the seal,, so he uses caulk/sealant, that gets on carpet, doesn’t tell me,, try’s to clean with window cleaner, that made it worse ! 8 weeks to finish job,,,Very surprised with a company that’s been around so long,, customer service seems to be At the bottom of their list,, I have 5 other rental houses in the city, Im not sure if I will call Meyer glass for any services on my property’s .

Meyer Glass came out and gave us an estimate which I thought was very reasonable. The glass was ordered as soon as we approved the estimate and with-in about week and half it was replaced! Would definitely use them again!! Thank you Derek.

I broke my mirror and took in the frame in a new piece of glass they replaced it, awesome work finished it quickly and great prices! Definitely recommend them and will use them again for sure

I wouldnt even give Meyer Glass 1 star... but there has to be something there. I have called weekly over the last 5 weeks with no returned call, I have emailed right from their website and still no call back or follow up. But the real kicker is that my husband being the wonderful man he is, went up to the building, spoke with the front desk lady, put me on speaker (without me knowing at the time) and as I spoke freely about my frustrations with the lack of customer service with Meyer Glass, the front desk lady assured that she would find out what the problem is and have someone call me.... this was a week ago... Ive had two other companies come out and give me quotes with 1 day between call and appointment.

Extremely bad customer service and incredibly long wait times (5 months - job is still not done).

Went in to get a ding in my windsheild fixed and found that the ding-fixer also fixes all of the windshields in all of the garages in town. Saved a couple of bucks by going direct. Nice people, good service and it only took 25 minutes, start to finish. Call first to make sure hes there! Happy Camper.

Very nice and helpful for replacing glass in doors but unfortunately the glass cost nearly as much as the door.

We took an oversized mirror in to be cut into smaller pieces. They were very reasonably priced and the mirror looks great.
