I won’t be back. The cashier actually made fun of me today. I wanted two of something and and they only had one and the display. I grabbed the display. She laughed at me and said you can’t have that. Then said there were more in storage. Novel idea…. Have them out and available for customers.

Usually a good shopping experience but today I drew a very unfriendly cashier. Yet still far better than Portage location. Hmmmm

Bought the biggest and best vice that they offered had it less than 2 years and it broke in half clearly and manufacturers defect. Took it back to the store where I purchased it and was told sorry for your luck and they refused to replace it. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store and I will never spend a single penny there ever again. Sorry for your luck you have lost a customer for life.

Harbor freight is a great place to grab a cheap tool you need. Im not too familiar with their more expencive lines, as Id just go to Lowes or Menards if I was looking for quality over price.Everything I have gotten from here has performed as expected. Its budget tools that will get your job done without the bells and whistles. I have yet to be disappointed by any purchases from here. Just keep in mind what your getting and keep your expectations in check and you can save a LOT of money with some harbor freight budget tools.Also grrrrr no more coupons.I know its the same, just now instant savings so you dont have to find/clip coupons. But it still doesnt feel the same. Human mind is a weird thing.

Have been an inside track member for years. Got a two year member ship last year and for some reason it dosnt show up under my phone number I had the reciept in my email and they still cant fix it at the store. Disappointing

A newer harbor freight store with a good selection. Associates are decent, but hound you to death on the extended warranty. But thats what they are ordered to do.

Im a tourist visiting the sites and my daughters wheelchair needed to be fixed. After scouring the store, I found some of the parts I needed to fix the chair. The only issue was that the bolt I needed wasnt available in the store. The staff, Sylvia and Eric both helped and even directed me to another establishment to get the last missing part.Okay, down to the actual review.The store layout is simple and easy to navigate. The prices were reasonable. I saw a lot of items on sale and the store had coupons available to give to the customers. Employees were helpful and went above and beyond which was appreciated.Overall, I stand by my 5 star rating and remind others that the employees make all the difference.

Great selection of tools both hand tools, power tools, generators ladders etc.. very helpful staff to help you find everything that you need they also try their best to see if they have any coupons for the items that you want. Id recommend them to anyone who I know and ask about Harbor Freight tools.

The staff were surprisingly very helpful. I spent about 15 patrolling the isles searching for what I was looking for. I finally decided I was needing to ask. The clerk knew exactly, to to the precise shelf, where it was! Check out was pleasant as well.

I usually buy the warranty with their tools. I had to return something today and got a new one because I had the warranty

I went to Harbor Freight to buy an impact driver and torx bits. With the 1/2 inch impact driver in hand I asked an associate where the bits were. He directed me to a rack with 1 set of impact bits. The bits were for a 1/4 inch drive. How difficult is it to have the attachments for the tools you sell and (radical idea) have them where they can be found?

Im not big on hardware stores, but this place is great. Good stock, its not overly huge like Menards or Lowes, and they have great prices!

HF in Michigan City, IN. What can I say. Have purchased many products from HF. For a DIY home owner its hard to beat. The employees at this store are always very helpful. I recommend it.

Called ahead to check availability of a shop press after my local store was out of stock before I drove 45 minutes out of my way. Said they had 5 in stock so I made the drive, only to get there and have them tell me they dont have any. Making this the second store Ive driven to that was out of stock. Had to drive an additonal 30 minutes to another store to get the tool I needed. Apparently only employees can get ahold of someone in the store who actually knows what they actually have in stock. What a joke.

Its Harbor Freight. So you know that most of whats here is one step above garbage found at a flea market. But if you know that, you wont walk out disappointed. You can find some good deals on things from time to time, like rope, sand paper, gloves, etc. My personal rule is that I dont buy anything here that plugs into a wall.However, as far as Harbor Freights go, its very clean and the staff is actually friendly and knowledgeable. Id rather talk to the people here than at the nearby Lowes or Menards.This particular branch truly earns Harbor Freight the nickname The Chinese Consulate.

Great for the tools you use once or twice, hand tools are good the electric tools well hit and miss.. great help and I do buy from here I look for all the reviews on the tool I am buying first!

The shopping experience was exactly as I had planned. Found everything I had went there for plus others. Forgot to pick up my free swivel light and check out didnt mention it. This was my second time to shop at HF and the first time at this store.

I love harbor freight. Almost all of the tools are warrantied and the prices are right. They are also very easy to do returns or exchanges. If you have a account with them you dont even need your receipt.

Couldnt find what I wanted but when I asked they took me straight to it help me with the other things I needed and the girl at the checkout was excellent. Ill go again
