Theyre so unprofessional! I scheduled my daughter a free hearing test and got the confirmation sent to my email and everything. I go there at the scheduled time and they didnt have my daughters name in the system. I even showed them the email. They said oh we dont even test children. My thing is they should state that on their website. It was a waste of my time. Then my friends boyfriend was scheduled the same day and when he got there they told him he was suppose to come earlier that day. He showed up at his scheduled time and even showed them the email confirmation and they still refused to see him. Makes me think that they dont bother servicing African American people. Dont waste your time with them
