My experience with Angela was superb! She took the time to help me select packing envelopes, organize the various shipments, and make sure the correct gift labeled for each name was going to the right destination. All with a courteous attitude and a smile.

I have been to this location 2 times, and have had wonderful experiences both times. Darryle is so kind. He helped me carry in some heavy packages, and was just so kind and sweet, and funny. Never thought going to a UPS store could be a fun outing, but this one was ! Highly recommend!!

During the pandemic shut-down, Ive had to do some business that I would normally have done at my office. My son had used this store and highly recommended it. The gentleman there was patient, efficient, and very helpful as I went through a stack of papers to copy and fax.

Very rude staff and she charged me ten times the amount to send the exact same item as I sent two days ago at the ups in canton. Trust me, don’t waist your time going there. Find a different location to ship. Don’t say you haven’t been warned.

I dropped a package off at 11:45AM Wednesday 9/16. I was the only person in the store besides one clerk. The clerk screamed Hey buddy you need a mask to come in here which I was holding in my hand. THE CLERK HAD NO MASK ON HER FACE. I said well it doesnt look like you are wearing one and I am just here to drop off this package. She said I have a mask on right here, on my CHIN! She completely acknowledged it wasnt covering her mouth or nose, which was quite laughable.I set the pre-labeled package on the counter top and she walked over and grabbed it, I left the store.My package disappeared. No history of my package ever being there. I called the store this morning, a young lady assisted and was very pleasant, promised to look into it and resolve it. The issue was they never took down my information. I called a second time and spoke with a man that acted like dropping off a package and not waiting for a receipt was malpractice. Ive done this at 5+ UPS locations regularly (I do have a business agreement with UPS, never had issues like this). He asked me what I wanted and asked if he would please review the camera footage. He said he would get back with me (not asking my name or phone number). I asked when I could expect him to contact me back and his response was I have NO idea. At this point I think I will have to file a claim with UPS against the store. Terrible experience and presumably theft at this location.

I try to send a document by UPS in this store. I fund the price of sending the same document to DC is much higher than I did in a UPS store. It is 50% higher!! So, I will not used this UPS service anymore. Im no happy for their service.

Says they are open until 630pm however you can only drop off from 8am to 4pm. Absolutely a waste of time. No issues with FedEx.

Staff is courteous and friendly and always willing to help. My Amazon returns are so quick and easy and my packages always get to their destination without issue. This is my go to location even though there is one less than a mile from my home.

Went in to drop off a package that apparently they do not accept. I was unaware of any restrictions. The lady was nice and asked i guess the male supervisor and he replied (we dont take that) and waved me away like i had a disease!! Maybe customer service not not a priority here if that is the store leader.

This is the best UPS store, or actually best shipping store, I have ever used. Every single time I come in, whoever is at the front is friendly, polite and helpful. One man in particular (next time I’ll get his name), is exceptional. I had a very heavy large box to drop off, and he came right over and helped me put it on the scale. The professionalism and courtesy at this store is quite refreshing.

I will NEVER use UPS again for anything. It just doesn’t only pertain to this store but I also spoke with another representative who could care less about my problem. I shipped out a package to my friend in Arizona a week before thanksgiving. About a week or two later I asked if she had received it yet and she said no. A few days after that I get a call from this UPS store stating my package has been returned because they made 3 attempts to deliver the package but were unsuccessful. I didn’t put the apartment number so it couldn’t be delivered. My question is while it was sitting in the warehouse for 5 days why wasn’t I contacted in reference to this issue. What is the point in taking down my name, number, email address, etc if you’re not going to use it. So I spent $85 for it to be returned to the store and then they said I can ship it back for another $85. I told them that’s ridiculous and just picked up my package. I will NEVER use UPS again. I’m so disgusted by all of this.

THE BEST UPS STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO👍🏼💯I went into fax some documents and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure my fax went through on the other end by showing me the result. It is conveniently located right behind Dunkin Donuts off of 43, they have spacious parking, and hands down the best customer service. And they offer so many services like shipping, computer use, printing, notary, and etc within a reasonable price like a one-stop-shop!

Darryle Edwards the owner is very kind and always smiling. I do all my shipping through this location because of the courtesy and and warmth I feel in this store. I would highly recommend this store for all your shipping needs. They even have Faxing, Coping, Passport Photos, Office Supplies, Notarizing,, Mailboxes, and more.

Awful customer service. Darryl who is apparently the owner feels the need to raise his voice at customers and say things like “what do you want me to do with that?” In a condescending tone when presented a shipping label. Darryl seemed to get a charge and really seemed delighted when he said he wasn’t going to serve me because I called him on his terrible attitude. I guess it’s empowering for someone who is stuck at a dead end job to kick a customer out of the store. I’ll make sure to let UPS corporate know how lovely Darryl was to deal with. Good luck being stuck and miserable at the UPS Store Darryl.

Won’t send my amazon returns in the same bag and make me buy bags or envelopes when every other UPS store scans the return labels and puts them in the same bag. I’ve had a problem every time I have been to this store. It’s always the same two people a guy and girl and they both don’t know what they’re talking about. It takes forever to do anything because of them arguing with me. I NEVER leave reviews especially negative reviews but this is the third time I’ve tried sending stuff through this store and they make me buy bags when I bring my own.

Was initially very pleased with the cleanliness, courtesy & pleasant experience after sending 4 packages from this location.Unfortunately, the owner does not supervise trainee transactions closely. All recipient information was largely printed on each package. 4 lines of detailed information going to a base. Clerk used only 3 lines, even leaving out some from 2nd line.Owner refused to offer any type of assistance with compensation, none of payment would be returned, no admittance of wrong doing.As it turns out, the recipient information was not thoroughly transfered to the UPS labeling. While I did sign, I was not asked to review the information.My new Marine did not receive his bday present as the packages were returned due to insufficient information on recipient address. Owner states it was my fault alone.

I just left the UPS store. Horrible customer service. I called last week (which I was told I never called the store) to get quotes on printing on my own card stock. I was told over the phone it would be $.49 per page color print but that another UPS close by was actually a lot cheaper so they recommended I print from that store instead. I called and they were $.41 cents so I went with this UPS instead as it is minutes from my house. I was told to bring the digital on a USB and it would be $.49 on my own card stock. I get to the store and am told there is also a $3.00 fee for bringing the digital to use the computer for 30 seconds. STAPLES is cheaper. I do NOT UPS recommend for printing at all, or at least this location. Absolutely ridiculous.

I went into return an Amazon package with a pre-printed label and I asked what box to use and the owner was extremely nasty and flew off the handle stating Ive been told before that I need to pay for a box and shipping labels (even though I had one printed already). First and last time Ill go here.

Packed my $800 laptop in one flimsy piece of bubble wrap, then their driver decided to THROW the package marked fragile on my sisters porch, shattering the screen. Unreal. Never shipping with UPS again. And the lady here was short worded and just rude. Pick a different career path if youre so miserable here but dont take it out on my mail.

They lose your packages and dont give receipts for returns and tell you they arent going to help you and hang up on you and by the way who ever the manager is on duty was very horrible and unwilling to help and will not answer the phone now I am waiting to speak to corporate very horrible service by both employees there
