I called the local store to find out what kind of adjustable beds they have on display. I only live a mile and a half from the store but we have no local taxi service and I was too tired to walk. Don came to my house, gave me a ride to the store, helped me make a good choice of bed and accessories, then drove me home. My bed is being delivered this weekend. I am impressed.

I spoke with John who confirmed he had two box spring mattresses and also wanted to assure me of their quality. I appreciated that. These are for a camp and a spare bedroom where no one would be sleeping regularly. He wanted to be sure I understood these were not meant for every day use but assured me they would fit our needs. We rolled up a few hours later and had them loaded within minutes. I HIGHLY recommend using Mattress Firm and John. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Went the morning of the 4th of July to get a mattress. My wife and I just moved to the area and were upgrading to a king-sized bed. Not knowing what selection would be available, we had planned a budget of at most $1800 dollars (based on the many mattresses online that Mattress Firm advertised that were below that price.We definitely went over that. Now, you might wonder why the 5 star rating still?That would be John. John is awesome. He treats you with respect and does his best to get you a great price on the best mattress. There were only 2 king mattresses in stock the day we went, and we wanted to try out the mattress before purchasing it (as it is a hefty investment). Determined to get a mattress, and both of them being well above our budget, we almost left to go elsewhere. Thats when John comes in. He worked his magic, utilized some deals going on at the time, and got us some huge savings. While we did end up spending nearly $800 more than our desired price (with delivery), we absolutely love our mattress 2+ months in.

I cant speak to the quality of the mattresses, as the salesman was so utterly rude and obnoxious, we left without purchasing. As soon as we indicated we were interested in an inexpensive mattress for a small seasonal cabin, the salesman told us they didnt have much in stock. When we attempted to ask if we dont have much meant they didnt have anything, the salesman literally gestured to the door and said theres the door.Maybe if youre in the market for a multi-thousand dollar mattress you get better service. Well never know, because theres no way wed ever step into that store again.

Found an awesome mattress from a kind and knowledgeable salesman... welcoming and comfortable environment. However, all the upsells and extra costs that were added on once we decided to buy really made the experience less enjoyable for me. I was super excited going in, and although I do think we got the best mattress, I left with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth as far as expectations being ruined by fine print, sale exclusions, never ending upsells, and oops, did I forget to mention delivery cost an extra $150 after I told you on the phone that delivery was free.... im not sure if I would reccomend them or not. It was great to be able to lay on beds, and get all our questions answered, but if you are wondering if maybe you should just buy online instead, as long as you know the type of mattress and the firmness you like, online might not be a bad option. You dont save much, if anything, by going in store.... even during the biggest sales.
