Steve, his family and staff are great. They know this area really well and what works and what doesnt. The shop only carries quality gear. I still use stuff Ive bought here 15 years ago. Its always the first stop when my family needs something for the outdoors.

Great selection of fly fishing equipment. Staff and owner are extremely helpful. We booked a 1/2 day fly fishing guided trip and it was the best experience we all had. Great teachers and guides and fun guys to be out on the water with. Highly recommend!

This is a great sports store - with both wonderful men and womens outdoor clothing and shoes for a variety of sports and seasons - as well as good fishing and adventure gear. When I am on the Western side of Vermont on Route 7 - and shopping in Middlebury at the Food Co-op - I love stopping in here.

The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I wish things werent so pricey but I am willing to pay more for the customer service.
