Went here today with another person. We expected it to be as terrible as the South Burlington store. We were shocked when we were greeted by two of the three employees. The SB store never has more than two employees ever! And they barely acknowledge your existence. Though we didnt need any horse grain, we noted that they have much more in stock than SB ever does. And the bags arent ripped open and taped closed.

They dont answer phones. Cant call to save my life. Use somewhere else that cares enough to answer their phobe and make their money

The manager is an absolute witch. She talks to me like Im worthless, and Ive seen her do the same to employees. Never shopping here again while shes still manager

Since we are full time RVers, we have hit TS in so many states we have lost count. While all of them are pretty much the same, mostly friendly staffers and at least one person in the store who is knowledgeable, this one has raised the bar.Cheryl runs great store, you do not see one single employee with the I hate being here expression. Everyone is helpful and fast. There is not the funky smells in the store, it is super welcoming. We have never seen plants that are as nice looking other that small local nurseries.Highly recommend stopping in. Will be our go to place while in the area.

Placed an order online for curbside pickup got there clicked the link to check in for pickup gave description of car told them to put in back no one came out after 10 minutes went in to pick it up was told I should have called explained I did check in she was rude gave me my order headed home. Once home I opened the bag that was stapled closed to find 7 of the cans were dented pretty bad, not worth my time and gas to go back to exchange them. Filled out their survey I should be refunded the 7 cans because I will not use them I don’t need my dog to get sick. Not going to drive back and then home again for $8.40, gas cost more than that for 2 round trips. Will not be using this Middlebury store again.

It was kind of out of the way for me but the store was stocked well and had what I was looking for.A day earlier I stopped at one closer to my house and they didnt seem as well stocked. More picked over.The thing that I was most impressed with was as I was checking out I was asked if I was a rewards customer as I was the previous day at the other store. I said no then I was asked if I would like to be. I was not asked this the day before. So I said sure.Good business nice people nice store.

Always had really good experiences with them until today. One employee felt the need to tell me what I can and cannot buy and was very very rude.

Excellent assistance. Seems to be a smooth running operation. Ill be back!
