My car radio was giving trouble. I took it there and the staff was very professional and respectful. The radio had to be change so I had to return another day because they needed to order it. I must say I was surprised that both times I was able to get a loaner car. So I didn’t have to put off my daily plans.

Picked up a nail and the tire was ruined. So we had to buy a new tire. The service department people were extremely polite and the waiting area was very nice. Clean an comfortable. There were a lot of customers and each person was treated as an individual. You weren’t rushed. I like County Line Nissan. I love my salesman Elias Geagea too. He explained everything when we got our vehicle.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. I was interested in vehicle they had in their rental fleet and they seamlessly organized my visit so the car was delivered and up front waiting for me after my out of state drive. I was greeted and within a few minutes I was in the car and test driving. I’m handicapped and they were extremely helpful and understanding. From the phone call to the test drive to the time I left I felt as a priority. These guys know how to do business in a stress free yet effective way. I called today and spoke with Greg in the Service Department about my Nissan Titan. He was very upfront with me on the procedure and time frame. His information was 100% accurate and he left me with all the confidence that my truck would be in good hands. I felt he took the time to hear all my concerns and answered all my questions honestly. This place is top notch and with employees like Greg I would have no issues bringing my truck in for maintenance or purchasing a new truck from County Line Nissan. Aryan and the team were all super, friendly, professional and most of all very patient. Every dealer or service shop I’ve been to in the past either had issues finding the problem with my vehicle or were just super unprofessional and not only that but would always get my vehicle back with a scratch, dent or some sort of damage. I brung in my pathfinder to county line, aryan took care of me, and worked with me till him and the team found the problem and best of all kept me updated every step of the way. I went to Service for a regularly scheduled Oil Change and found out that the Spark Plugs needed to be replaced. That service would take up to 3 hours. The Service Team supplied a vehicle to allow me to go back to work and then return to pick up my vehicle when the work had been complete!!I so appreciate the willingness to make it easy for me as a Customer, to not miss a day of work and still care for my car as necessary!!The Service Team go above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and I have witnessed they are the same with others as well!!! I purchased a Nissan Armada last week with the overwhelming help of salesman Eric Campbell. Eric knew what I needed to accommodate my growing family and also was considerate of my family’s budget. I was coming from over an hour away and Eric was wonderful at communicating through phone and email to get everything done before I even arrived! I was in and out of the dealership in less than a half hour - faster than I ever thought possible. With 2 small kids in tow, not having to sit in a dealership all day was a mother’s dream. He even continued to reach out in the days that followed to make sure everything was running great and to walk me through setting up the DVD for my kids! I know this car will last me a long time but when the time does come, I hope he’s still there for my next purchase!!!!
My lease was close to expiring and I needed a new vehicle. After three years of paying $420/mth with never a late payment, I was not even considered for a better rate. The car was returned with only 17,000+ miles on a three-year lease. There should have given some credit for customer loyalty. Nissan dealt with a customer who was buying and leasing cars since 2003 in the wrong way. After this lease expires I will not return to Nissan.

If I had listened to my family mechanic, I would not be writing this review, as I would’ve never have purchased a Nissan. However, I neglected the advice seeing as I got a great deal with plenty of the bells and whistles of a luxury vehicle. I see now that I simply payed for the luxury.Firstly, I brought my 2014 Nissan Murano in for an oil change last fall. I was told that the battery was very bad and needed to be changed immediately. Never changed it.Fast forward to 3 weeks ago. I received a complimentary oil change coupon in the mail. I wasn’t quite due for an oil change (400 miles shy), but I figured I might as well take advantage of the offer. My air bag light has been blinking and the passenger air bag is off, so I had them take a look at why. The battery, that battery had a green light in its latest test. Weird, huh??Well my day was ruined and I about had a stroke when the service advisor called me to say that is was the occupant classification sensor and it would cost me $5000 to fix. I decided to do some research and have found that these sensor systems are faulty parts that Nissan has been continuously putting in their vehicles. Several models over a long span have had recalls for this part. I just happen to fall in the year that they don’t. Called Nissan Corp. in TN and opened a case. They refused to fix the issue because the car was out of warranty. I was truly appalled, as this is a safety issue. And a part that is consistently recalled. So, that being said, noPassenger airbags will deploy in the event of an accident.County line also told me that the serpentine belt was worn, cracked and would give out at any moment.Funny, my mechanic took a look today, said it’s not worn at all, looks brand new and he can still read the writing on it.I am extremely disappointed in Nissan as a whole for their serious lack of customer service and their disregard for their safety issues.And I will also never return to county line for the simple fact that they are crooked and dishonest.Stay away.

I rented a car at County Line Nissan through Turo.com. The rental agent at Country Line LIED to me, saying she hadnt received an email from Turo, even though I reserved the car twice and had spoken to the agent on the phone to make sure the car was available. I confirmed with Turo, who assured me the emails were sent. My trip was completely messed up. NOT HAPPY.
Needed recall repair. I was in and out within the hour that they stated. For a dealership I was very surprised. The wait was not bad, they had coffee and other drinks available for customers for free, cable tv and comfortable atmosphere. I have known county line for many years have purchased from them in the past. I am glad to se that they are keeping up with the times and still in business after all these years.

It took over 2 hour for an oil change with an appointment!! People who came in after me for an oil change left quicker and One didn’t even have an appointment!. After being there for two hours I questioned what was taking so long they told me they were doing an Audio recall without my CONSENT but then told me it would be done in about eight minutes then after 10 mins my car was ready and BUT they didn’t finish the recall! He then told me “I cut it short since your in a rush it would take much longer then 8 mins!!! OBVIOUSLY a they hadn’t even started it!!!! Oh and I requested a car wash after the oil change and GOT NOTHING! Was too annoyed to even ask at that point!
I had a great experience at county line. This was our second lease term in a row with us and the staff was incredible. Our salesman David was honest and genuine, not to mention patient. At no point did we feel pressured into anything. At one point the general sales manager Eric even took the time to talk to us when we felt conflicted on what package to go with.. Both gentleman worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted and more! I highly recommend this Nissan dealership if you want to do business with people you trust!
Over charges. Nissan gives me a pay off amount and County line adds 4000 to the price. Played games with me when I signed on the lease.Dont trust them....I will never return there except to return my lease..Now I have to come in to get accurate info, even with Covid...cant give it to me over the phone even though they have ALL my info...the games continue

I was in for repairs on 1/25, then the very next day something minor went on my exhaust system. It was a simple and quick fix and was done for me at no charge! County Line is the best!

Due to covid-19, I actually conducted this transaction by phone. I only traveled to the dealership once when it was time for delivery. My total interactions were with three people.The salesman, the sales manager and the F&I manager. There were no games. Everyone was on the same page. It could not have gone more smoothly. This is a nuts and bolts kind of dealership. Regular people that just want to do business. My experience was pretty much perfect.

Wow. Not just a car dealer, more like family!!! Was on the hunt for a Maxima. Saw one online and called to see if it was available and said it was. This was not Countyline, but a dealer (Midstate) next to it. Drive an hour only to be told they sold it yesterday! Was annoyed they would lie to just get me there. Then had the nerve to give me paperwork to fill out and wanted a down payment to look for the car I wanted, lol. But as luck would have it I stopped by Countyline and was greeted by Jon. Told him exactly what I was looking for. They didnt have the exact model/Color. Jon was extremely helpful and didnt feel pressured at all. He called over Eric the manager. This guy was like my knight in shining armor!! He said he would get me the exact car ive been looking for. Let me tell you, he went out of his way to get me what I was looking for. 2 days later i get a call from Eric and he had the car for me!! It was everything and more than i expected! And the price couldnt be beat. Eric is the real deal! Even gave me his personal number and still stays in contact with me to be sure everythings good. I had a wonderful experience at Count Line Nissan this weekend! Nick, my salesman, was wonderful. I came in because I had a leased car, and recently got a new job and was about to go over mileage. I wanted to turn in my leased car and switch to buying a Rogue. At first, the price was out of my league. However, Nick continued to talk through various options with me. Then, Eric, the sales manager came over. Eric, is such a wonderful man. He was so helpful, and really worked with me to get me into a 2019 Nissan Rogue. Both Eric and Nick were so helpful and willing to work with me to keep me as a customer. I greatly appreciated the wonderful customer service I received from the both of them.

As part of the package deal when I purchased the car I had and oil change and tire rotation recently and there was a very short wait time, less than I expected for this service. With the virus thing going on you can see that they made efforts to protect the public and staff, good job.

UPDATE #2: Was pulled over today for an unregistered vehicle an issue Ive been trying to fix since January of this year. Last week I spoke to someone and they assured me the DMV had our paperwork and it was a only a matter of time before we got our plates. They apologized that we had been dealing with this. Weight off my chest right? wrong. The officer said that the DMV has no record of our VIN in their system. Which means that the car hasnt been reported in our state at all.UPDATE: After 2 months theyve called to fix issues with registering our car with the DMV. When we purchased the car we were in process of moving and we informed them several times thats what was happening. As well as provided them with both insurance policies for the new car. They said it wouldnt be a problem and to just register the car in the new state later but they would handle the initial registration. The person that called me (who was furloughed at the time) said that if he had known he would have told us Not to move until after the car was registered. As if not moving when your lease was ending was an option. I understand the issues with COVID and delays, but the only option that was suggested was to change the address on our insurance policy which is illegal if the vehicle isnt parked at that address. Now we have to register the car on our own, which isnt really the problem, the problem is I know they include the registration process as a fee when purchasing a vehicle. This operation is a complete joke. Leroy... find a new dealership to work at. Youre too good for these clowns.Recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from Leroy. He’s an absolute legend and the rest of the staff was super friendly. Better than most dealerships we’ve purchased from. They are transparent and there wasn’t any pressure to make a deal work.Due to COVID and them being short staffed we did spend way more time there waiting than we wanted to waiting to sign the financial papers. We also left with less than half a tank of gas which was less than idea seeing as we traded our car in with almost a full tank.But that isn’t deterring us from the five stars obviously.
Snow emergency !!!!! One wiper blade broken and other inoperable. Went to County Line Nissan in Middlebury. New wiper blades and tightened the arms. 15 minutes. NO CHARGE !!!!! Service Manager Gary is a ROCKSTAR !!!!!!
I never liked dealership as I found them rude, too busy and expensive. I had visited several other dealerships in the area and they lived up to these poor characteristics. I thought I would give County Line a try.From the minute I walk in I was impressed. The waiting area was friendly looking with an ample amount of comfortable chairs, tables, entertainment and a very nice offering of refreshments..I was greeted with a friendly and real glad to see you attitude and was directed to Gary in the service department. He was very patient with me as I had many questions. I was pleased. I had my oil changed and was out and about on my way in short time.I have found my dealership.
After a previously bad experience at this dealership, Im happy to report that their managers and sales department stepped up and helped to get me out of a lease with a vehicle I was dissatisfied with and into a beautiful new one. Eric went above and beyond to ensure that this happened, despite a pandemic and a hurricane!! Im happy to say that I am and will be a returning customer!!

Service dept was great... the only reason why I would not purchase another vehicle from ANY Nissan dealer because I am concerned that the transmissions won’t last. but the service is good here @ this location however my car was in the shop a lot and had to be serviced a lot.. good thing I purchased the extended warranty.. if me friends like nissans then I would recommend but most of them told me not to buy a Nissan due to the transmissions not lasting n that happened to my family’s car.. just sitting in driveway cause the transmission went.. car is in mint condition w no transmission.. lessons learned.
We walked into a very friendly, helpful environment. All the employees were so attentive to our needs. The process was very quick and efficient, but we didnt feel rushed at all.
