I had a customer ask for a service call and maintenance at the last minute and i needed Air/ Oil separators, Hydraulic filters and Air filter Elements as fast as possible at 2:45 Est Pm. Dawn George helped me with getting everything out and ordered for overnight so I could complete the job and get my customer up and running the next day. They are very helpful, professional and a great help getting everything cross referenced and put together. I will definitely use them for my filter needs for the foreseeable future!

When the present supplier of Fleet filters for my husband truck, he had me do an online search for the product. I found several sites that offered Fleet filters, but not all had what he wanted. Application Associates had two of the style he needed. Ordered and some difficulty wit the first order, but with a phone call all was remedied and product was on the doorstep the next day. First and last time doing business hereThis company has questionable business practices at best. First, your credit card will be charged immediately and you will receive minimal, if any, proactive communication regarding your order. I was told my order would come two months after placing it. Two months came and went and from then on it was up to me to chase the company. After repeated calls and being told my order was on the next truck I requested a refund. The company would not acknowledge neither my written request nor verbally; Anthony just told me it was on Franks desk (what does it take to simply cancel an order that he said had not shipped). Finally, I told the company they left me with no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card. A week after notifying the company both in writing and verbally of my dispute (over three months from the original order date), they ship the product from their US warehouse! To be clear, the company refused to process my cancellation and still shipped the product out (I received it two weeks after my cancellation).If you prefer to work with a company that will tell you things that they know are not true and forces you to go to your credit card company for a refund, all the while reserving the right to yell and belittle you when you call, then this is your company. If you would like a reputable company to work with, look elsewhere. Thank you Anthony for your lack of hospitality!

I was displeased to learn we could not cancel an order we made less than 24 hours ago. The person we spoke to on the phone was rude when we asked. Also they charge a 25% restocking fee supposedly when you return something. We will still be returning the item and never order from this company again.
