This is the place you want to give your business to. For reference I’m 18 years old and I have no knowledge on cars. I scratched the side of my car and went here to just get an estimate on how much it would be to fix. Instead of the dishonest $1500+ price I was given at other shops, this place didn’t take advantage or disrespect me, they took 5 minutes and got the scratch out with ease. This is a trustworthy, professional, and respectable auto body shop and they deserve your business.

This experience was awesome with them, this absolutely is not one of those maaco body shops that you hear horror stories about. I have a 1966 Mustang and wanted to do something different, and decided I wanted to have the interior doors painted to match the body of the car. I went to a few places for quotes, all were around the same price but most places seemed like they werent really into the idea. Maaco was the first place that jumped all over it. They seemed so excited to do it unlike every other place I talked to, so I decided if I was gonna do it, I should do it with them. After some back and forth on pricing we finally agreed on a number, I dropped it off, and they were done within four days. I think the pictures speak for themselves about how good of a job they did, the color matched perfectly(Which they didnt even have a code for) and I cant thank Charlie and the whole Maaco gang enough. I will definitely be using them again when I restore the entire car, and any other future projects I might have. Quality, quick, and very on top of the customer service side of things. If you hear bad things about maaco, please go to this one and they will exceed all expectations. Cant wait to go there again.

Stay far away from this place!!! They claim to cover the cars when they paint. However when I received my vehicle back there was overspray over the entire car. When I told Charlie about it he initially said, “that’s what happens you rush.” Then he and Fefe (owner) argued with me, telling me that it was impossible because they cover their cars. Since I was referred to them they agreed to detail it anyway. Charlie called and apologized telling me that there was overspray on the vehicle. I got the car back it seemed good but then once getting it home I realized there was still overspray on the hood around the windows and on the door handles. On top of that there were sand marks inside the doors and around headlights. There were also swirl marks over the entire car. I called back and was told by Fefe, that she gave me a good deal and helped me out by working on the car a second time. I told her that the person who referred me also noticed their sloppy work. Instead of taking responsibility for her shops poor work she got angry saying she was going to call and talk to them. She said that she gave me a good deal and helped me out by taking the car back for a second time and detailing it. I explained to her that there never should have been a second time and that now I am forced to take it to a body shop to get it fixed correctly. She told me that she is not responsible for the damages because I left happy with it when I initially picked it up. I tried to reason with her explaining that this is unacceptable. She only got more angry and insistent that it was not her problem and that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. The conversation ended with her hanging up on me. These people are extremely unprofessional. There is a reason they have a 1.5 star rating on Google. Do yourself a favor and go to a good body shop that actually takes their time on their vehicles and doesn’t rush their work.

Everything about my experience was outstanding - Mike did a great job replacing my door handle piece and removing scratches from my drivers side door...Not only a quality job, but flat out Cheap!And everyone I met with was friendly, accommodating and professional!I’ve been using Maaco for over 10 years and every experience is the same as this one...a well run and managed location!

We got our 2019 Jeep Wrangler painted from white to pink and we are amazed with the attention to detail they had. Amazing place highly recommend. If they tell you it’s going to take longer than expected it’s because they are really taking their time with it and in my opinion the detail was worth the wait.

I dropped off a trailer to be sanded and painted @ Maaco . First of all it is hard to find a place that will paint trailers or large vehicles. They did exactly as we agreed for exactly what they estimated money wise annnnnd even finished ahead of schedule. Great paint job and great customer service! Ps the trailer looks fantastic!

I’ve used the Middlesex Location on several occasions for auto body repairs and have never been disappointed. The service I received was Professional and Top Rated from receiving an estimate to the service from the receptionist to picking up my vehicle.

We had the whole car prepped and repainted. The quote was $1k less than two other body shops in the area. The shop did a great job. It was almost perfect. There was a small paint run along one of the door seams. We took the car back and they tried to take it down as best as possible without redoing the door. We were very satisfied with the work for the price. I wouldve rated them excellent if it werent for the run.

I brought my antique Mustang Gt here on February 6, 2019, naturally I wanted their best paint job. Paul drew up a contract which stated the car would be painted, including the black trimming( rack and spoiler). I went to pick the car up on March 6, 2019 and noticed imperfections in the paint job almost immediately and the black trimming hadnt been touched at all. Spoke with Paul and he seemed surprised, which told me he hadnt checked the work before contacting me to pick it up. He told me the black would be painted and a couple days later he called to pick it up. Again, the job didnt seem to be done properly. At that point I was frustrated and just wanted to pay and leave. I brought the car home, put the car in the garage and the next day I looked at the car and noticed the bumper was chipped. Very disappointed

Never coming back here. I needed bumper painted with VERY minor scratches and a dent the size of a babys fist. I dropped it off on a tuesday and they did not get done till the following week friday. I called about half way through saying I needed it in 2 days after I called. This was at least 4 days after I dropped it off and they said it would be done. I showed up to pick it up and they tried insulting my intelligence telling me it takes a lot of work to paint. Yes it takes a lot of work to paint but not over a week to paint a bumper. Ive had another car painted here prior to this fully painted in a week. By the time I got my car it was about 10 days later. So what they were trying to say is that a whole car can be painted in a week but painting a bumper takes 3 days longer.

Parts came in fast and the car was fixed the same day. Estimate was very reasonable and the work was well done.

Maaco in Middlesex did a great job on repairing our Nissan Altima after a minor accident in a parking lot. They had originally repainted the Altima from blue to black about 3 weeks later we had this minor accident in the parking lot. Both times they did s great job and this most recent time we got the car back faster than expected. Their pricing was fair and they were easy to work with when we found a cheaper part than what they quoted. Hopefully we won’t need their services again but would go back to them if the need arises.

They painted and fixed a truck piece right over the tire that was fixed through insurance a few years ago and now looks like putty! No issue at all and even the paint job ws phenomenal!

Incredible job you guys did on my truck. It literally looks like it just rolled of the show room floor I couldnt be more happier. On top of it they fixed my floor board and a few of my dents. I paid a lot lot less then what other places wanted.

I called the Middlesex Maaco for a quote to paint my aunts spare tire cover on a Toyota Rav4 on 11/26/2018. An employee with an accent answered the phone and said it would cost around $75 for a single stage paint job, he told me there is no need for base coat / clear coat when I asked. I am now told his name is Paul.I ordered the part from the dealer which comes primed (no longer available painted). It arrived on 11/30/2018. I went immediately to this Maaco for them to color match the spare tire cover to the vehicle. I was greeted by the owner (Ferial Mikhail). I explained that I spoke with someone on the Monday and told her the price. Right away she stated there is no way that price would work out. She gave me a new price of $125, she stated I have to bring CASH only (this way she doesnt report it as income to the IRS).Paul denied giving any pricing on the phone.Since I have never been to this shop before, I was concerned about the quality of the work and if they would need to wet sand the finished job since the cost is fair. She wasnt pleased to answer questions but told me they dont need to wet sand as all paint jobs are perfect (red flag, all paint work needs finishing), she insisted on showing me a new car that was repaired from some damage and completed. We went to look, I was standing about 15 feet from this Cadillac SUV and noticed the paint wrinkles (aka orange peel) on the front fender and bumper. The hood was very good, however, they say they did not touch the hood. Ferial still denied the wrinkles in the paint and became very angry when I pointed out the imperfections. Ferial told me to check reviews they are fantastic (At the end of the day I checked the reviews, I believe she is reading the reviews for other Maaco shops!).I was skeptical about the shop, since I was already there, my time is precious and short, I agreed on having the spare tire cover painted by them. My aunt may not notice imperfections on paint of the plastic cover.About 30 min after I left the shop, I was called by Paul who told me the cover has damage, they are going to lose money on the job and they do not want to do the work anymore. (Rather than saying there are some minor blemishes on the part that need to be addressed, which will add to the expected time). As a matter of fact they did not even have to fix the damage (it was 3 minut imperfections that can still be painted or covered with glazing putty a 5 minute job).Aside from the lack of professionalism I experienced, this Maaco has a staff that LIES & CHEATS their customers. They are probably spiteful of customers familiar with proper bodywork.I hope my 1 and only experience here prevents you from regretting a visit at this shop.
