Jay and Sweta and their team are the best Tmobile representatives my family ever met. We have been Tmobile customers for decades however for the last two months we have never had such thorough service.

This T-mobile store is GREAT. They always help me when I need something and very knowledgeable.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff who are way more helpful than T-Mobiles phone representatives.

I absolutely love this store. Whenever I have an issue with my phone, Sweta and Jayesh are always willing to help. They are often more helpful and friendlier than any service representative that you can get. I wholeheartedly recommend coming here.

I’ve been a Verizon customer for 20+ years of my life and was hesitant to switch over to T-Mobile. It was after speaking to the owners here at this store which made me want to switch and happy that I made the switch! I will always make it in the effort to support local businesses and even though this is a franchise as a small authorized retailer, The personal care follow up, and experience you’ll get here is unmatched. Once you get your phone that is in the end it’s just the beginning of their friendship with you I’ve had multiple pleasant conversations with them this past week in getting everything transitioned smoothly and even when I came back in the store to do an upgrade on another line they remembered that I was leaving for out of the country and told me to give them feedback of how the phone would work in Mexico. A great family business that should be commended for their level of care and commitment to each customer that walks in. Thank you 🙏🏽

This store is owned by a husband and wife both people are very helpful and recognized us since we had been to the store multiple times. They shared our knowledge and helped us by recommending the best phone regardless of if it would help them or not. They were very down to earth explained everything very well and or able to produce an itemize list of my exact bills per month within a few minutes. The service was the best I have ever gotten from a cell phone carrier far beyond its competitors. I am glad I had this experience for I will never go back to at&t customer service

Everyone was so nice. They helped me figure out what phone would work best for me and didn’t try and push the most expensive things on me. I’m never going to another store these guys are super friendly and honest about the work they’re doing. Couldn’t have been a more painless experience

I walked in to check cellphones and Sunil, Sweeta and Hetvi were really helpful not only they help me with my trade in of my old cell, but also took care of all paperwork and put all the info from my old cell to the new one. Great people!

The reviews are correct! This is the T-Mobile goto store. They transferred data from my wifes phone to her new one quickly and handled us professionally.Definitely is our new home store.

Look, I know some people will come here and because they didnt get what they want they will post a bad review...Ignore them.Jay and Sweta are what American business is missing today. That mom & pop store feeling that we used to enjoy is alive and well in this little T-Mobile store. They are the nicest people I have come across in a long time, willing to go the extra mile for good customer service.But they arent pushovers.... thats where the bad reviews come from.Stop by, have a 2 minute conversation with them and I guarantee youll come back (unless you are trying to scam them in which case you wont)!

Great & friendly service

There customer service is amazing!

Called T-Mobile for a warranty exchange and it was shipped to this store. I arrived approximately 30 minutes before closing on 9/9/19. The guy in a button up shirt approached me claiming to be a manager. Told him my phone was in the store and I needed to complete my warranty exchange. He looked at my iPhone 8 Plus and immediately denied me, claimed I needed to go through AppleCare. Told him the phone was two years old and I do not have AppleCare. In the past 6 years of paying $10 for insurance/warranty coverage I have never filed a claim. So I’ve essentially given $720 for coverage and never used it, which is fine. But in this instance where I was having software issues with my device I expected the exchange to go smoothly. I was completely wrong. First off this is a TPR store, not a corporate one so don’t expect the same service. Secondly within 2 seconds of holding my phone he claimed I needed to file an insurance claim instead. The screen has scratches from being in my pocket with my car keys. Not once has it been dropped. It was not cracked and the scratches were not deep. I know what damage is, as I used to deal with cellphone sales in the past. I told him it is not damaged and it was scratched due to normal wear and tear. He immediately criticized me for not having a screen protector and lectured me on why I should have one. I decided to leave the store and have it shipped to a different location. Stay away from this store.

These people are just great. I had purchased two phones from eBay and they did not work on the t-mobile network. I spent an hour on the phone with tmobiles support but that did not work. I went into this store the owner solved the problem for both phones at no charge. Very friendly too. Thanks.

I bought Iphone from this store, during Christmas time for my wife and was very happy to select this store. Jayesh and Shweta are thorough professional and very helpful . They gave ample amount of time to understand our queries and patiently resolve them. They even tried to help us getting number with 732 (though no success). I would definitely recommend going to their store.

Got my iphone 8 here...Much better than most stores and they lowered my bill. Will be my go to store from now on.

ThIS IS NOT A TMOBIL STORE. They might as well just call themselves prefered dealer. They give you a hard time to sync new phone numbers if you get service thru 800 number. They told me they couldnt help because i didnt get service thru them first. Then i said arent you tmobil, tmobil told me to come to come to a store for help. They said no they are preferred dealer not tmobil. So do not go there people. Call tmobil and ask them for a real tmobil store not a prefered dealer that dont want to help you. Even tho their store is empty still refuse to help you.

Poor service/lack of service. Told me to call T-Mobile to sort my issue when Im IN a T-mobile store.Dont let all these FAKE REVIEWS fool you!

We went there thinking they would be of any help. And It was to get a new number for a friend who had recently reached US. And the advice we had received was that it will take at least 1 month to get a new connection even to be added to an account of an existing user and asked us to forget abt getting a new phone from t mobile anytime soon. Disappointed and disheartened, we went to a different t mobile store. And trust me, within a couple of hours max he came out of the store with a brand new iphone 7 and a t mobile number added to an existing account. Either they were too ignorant of the latest within t mobile or doesnt know how to help a customer or maybe they didnt wanted to help one. Whichever be the reason, they are worst enough for me to give a negative rating. Unfortunately, Google doesnt allow me to give a 0 or negative star. Hence the one star rating. I do not know abt others perception about this store, but we had a really bad experience.
