Great Service! Having this installation what the best decision! It was done in one a day and very neat. The guys were very nice to work with. Very responsive to questions as well. I’ve spend most of my days watering my garden now I set it and forget it!

This year I finally decided to pull the trigger on my lawn projects, and an irrigation system was on the list. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism of RR Irrigation. Dan arrived promptly, and we walked around my property as he talked me through the whole process. I received my quote within 24 hours of meeting Dan and he answered any questions I had. Fast forward to when the crew arrived, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. Within two days they were finished! They walked me through how to use my new controller and the Wi-FI app on my phone (Totally worth it! So convenient) and now my lawn looks better than ever! This was such a pleasant experience, hands down the best contractors I have worked with since buying my home!

They installed our home irrigation system in 2015 and have serviced since then. They go above and beyond with their professionalism and quality of service. In the recent past, they talked me through turning on the system for the season (as I would have had to wait two weeks for a turn-on appointment, and even though Im not the most comfortable with the steps needed to turn on the system). They were patient with me and earned our continued loyalty. Great company!

I recently decided to switch companies because I was tired of the poor service Id been receiving from my previous company. RR Irrigation was great! I was able to make an appointment, and then a technician called me when he was on his way over. He turned on my system and ended up fixing a couple of things too. My system is working great now, and the process was so simple and everyone I spoke to was friendly and accommodating. So happy I switched!

I used this company to bury my gutter leaders and route them away from the house. I worked with Dan, and it was awesome from start to finish. He was in touch with me about everything at all times, did exactly what we needed for proper drainage, and gave us tips and suggestions to consider. I have used RR for three years now and have been extremely happy with their service. They are extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and very fair with pricing. They are always respectful of our property and do their best to minimize lawn disruptions. Their initial design and installation plan was far more thorough than the other estimates we got and took into consideration things like water pressure and pipe size that other companies did not take into consideration. I needed to install an lawn sprinkler system on my rather large property. I also wanted the ability to water all of my landscaping/shrubs and flowers with ease. I called RR Irrigation who promptly came to my home and provided a fair estimate. They were responsive to all of my questions and phone calls and Im very happy with my lawn sprinklers. Ive worked with them for the past 2 years and everything is still running great. They come out to winterize the system every year and also prepare it for the spring.

They respond very quickly to phone calls and emails. Every technician that has come to my house has been prompt, courteous and professional. Ive used a few irrigation services in NJ, and they are the best.

Follow-up: the company re-scheduled my appointment at a convenient time for me and they completed the service. They offered reimbursement for my troubles, which I appreciated.I have used them for sprinkler start up and winterization for a couple of years now and More than once, they have not shown up or show up in a different time window than my scheduled appointment. No phone call and no one available by phone on a Saturday to discuss. And you have to pay ahead! So I can’t even give my business to someone else without losing money now! Poor customer service. Not using them next year.

The guys from RR Irrigation are great. This year they will be doing a landscape lighting project for me because we were so happy with what they did with our lawn.

We had a sprinkler system put in. The job was never finished - poor workmanship, little care for the exterior of our house.When the company was contacted with a complaint they acted like we were the complainers which we are not. More problems have become of this system and we are choosing to pay another company to solve the problem instead of dealing with attitudes of a non-caring business.Their defense: theyve been in business for 40 years. Too bad the person who ran the company 40 years ago is not holding the reigns any longer because these gentlemen are just collecting paychecks.Highly not recommended, there are plenty of vendors for this service, choose one of them.

When we moved into our new house 16 years ago, I considered investing in a lawn irrigation system. But the priorities of all the things one needs to do look different when you are new to a house. So for all these years I have struggled with buying all kinds of hoses and sprinklers that leak, Orbitz hose timers that leak, and soaker hoses that are great the first three feet then just peter out to a drip.I finally decided to get help after a broiling summer, seeing years of hard work on my lawn go to desert. Several reputable experts recommended R&R Irrigation. I spoke to a few others, but R&R really seemed like this is what they do…and do well. I was not disappointed.R&R master irrigator, Dan James, came out and walked my property. He mapped out what looked to be a great systematic approach.The price seemed fair and they were able to get me in with enough time left for me to do fall power seeding, worthless if you can’t keep the seed bed moist.I made the right choice. Within ten days I had my permit and a crew of six hard working guys tearing up by front and back yard. They were not able to use the ditch witch in my pool area so there was a lot of digging by hand. Carlos and Marco kept me informed along the way. I was amazed at what it takes to do a job like this. I had no idea. It took six people two days to complete everything, including hand digging to install a drainage pipe off one of my roof gutters that was dumping rainwater into my basement.After it was all installed, my lawn was smooth and even. You could hardly tell that it had been “gophered up” to install all this apparatus.Dan and Marcos helped me set up the control panel and made it easy for me to understand how to make adjustments.Now instead of getting up every morning next summer to move sprinklers around, I can sleep in. This should have been priority one 16 years ago. I’m just glad I decided to do it now and especially pleased that I chose R&R Irrigation to handle the work.By the way, my landscaper told me that a neighbor up the street had just installed a sprinkler system but the code enforcement officer made the company pull it all up because the lines were not planted deep enough. Then my neighbor had to argue with the irrigation company.This is hard, complicated work. If you are going to do it, do your homework on the company you select. I am happy I did.
