After almost thirty years of dealing with the Middletown branch of Richards I can honestly say that they are one of the most competent building material suppliers around. They dont make promises that they cant keep. Their service is the best around and their people go out of their way to get the job done. There must be a reason why they retain their employees for many years.

Great place for roofing, siding, windows and doors

I am a female contractor. I walked in their store requesting prices for roofing and siding after previously visiting there several days before. The manager asked me who I was and I gave him my name and the name of my company. He stated hed neve heard of me I told him Id been a contractor for 46 years and he said to me youre a liar and tried to stare me down. He then gave me his birthday and said he hadnt started in the business until the 80s and I told him that I had him beat. He then told me that I must know how to curse and swear since I was a contractor. I told him I didnt allow that on my jobsites. We are living in the twenty first century and I feel like there is no place for the level of disrespect I received, especially not in the workplace. I hope this review reveals the true moral fiber of this business/

The staff at JWC in Middletown have been providing phenomenal service and high quality building materials to me, my company and my customers for many years. I have recommended this branch to my colleagues in the past and will continue to do in the future.
